As I was trying to get a copy of proof of publication he gave me the runaround. He dropped the ball. and neglected to run my ad, claims he was in an auto accident and spent a long time in the hospital. There must only be one working employee at this office. So I finally get a hold of him instead of sorry made a mistake how can we fix this. He states to me you don't care that I was in an accident. Then I'm trying to obtain a letter for the judge to explain why my ad didn't run. Again instead of taking any responsibility he writes on the letter that it was because my e-mail wasn't working and his accident , the ad not running had absolutely nothing to do with my e-mail. He didn't even know until I was looking for the proof of service. Yes things happen but it's the demeanor of this business owner that pushed me to write this review. Long story short the man is rude and disrespectful. Trying to push blame towards me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. spend the few extra dollars and have it done by a professionals. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had especially if he is the owner as he claims. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money with this paper.

Luckily my statement had not yet been published and I was able to contest the charge and request a refund. I would not recommend Vida, there are other options in town that are far more reasonable and don't overcharge. They even said that they told me about the $195 charge, which they didn't. I was already thinking $120 was overpriced. Steer clear!

No where does it say they charge an extra $90 for hand delivery because they're lying and charging people. Don't bring your business here. We've called multiple times to try and get our money back and they've refused.

The automated service said I would receive it today. After hours I called back. First, someone named Troy (V28006) who had limited English told me I'll get it tomorrow. Huh? I don't want it tomorrow. I wanted to know why I was told I would get it and now I'm told I won't. I finally asked for a supervisor and waited several more minutes. The supervisor Nicole (Z45405) was useless. First she says that she'll call the delivery service to check. I said that I would hold and she could tell me what they say. Then Nicole's story changed. She wasn't actually calling, but sending a message. Subscriptions aren't cheap and they're losing subscribers as people get their news from many sources. If you can't even be honest about delivering a paper, why should I give you my money. I too have other sources for news. This is one subscriber that will not be renewing.
