This is the place where motorcycle lovers should go to get the bike of their dreams…read more A motorbike isn't everyone's cup of tea. But if you fancy one, then this is the place to be. Most leading brands of motorcycles are sold here. All variations and colors for everyone. My friend bought one from here and I checked out the place with him. And decided to buy mine from there too. Honda CBR 125R. I was particular about getting a black one. Thanks to Ian Harrington from Sales department who got my wish fulfilled. He got all the finance documents ready and got the specific color just as I requested and let me know in advance about any delays that might be involved in getting it. If you feel like you need a Honda/Triumph/or several other brands, feel free to post a question on their website and they'll get in touch as quickly as possible. I must say, the entire process of buying the bike from requesting a particular model, arranging finance and collecting the bike, was so smooth, that all I had to do was provide the details necessary for the finance application Ian kept me informed throughout the process. And now I have what I wanted! I'm very pleased with how easy they've made it feel. I totally recommend Metropolis for the sales bit. I'll know more about their services over the coming years, so I'll keep you posted with updates.

Staff are clued up and clear on what they are selling and provide good advice where needed. Huge site re amount of various bikes on offer for purchase and test ride and nice size shop and advice re helmet and other biking gear. Does get quite busy at times, but the staff are good at managing footfall and offering good customer service throughout.

Document everything because they will steal your money. Non roadworthy rental bikes…read more Currently stuck in a dispute with them because I trusted them. Dont fall for Shab's nice guy act Edit: I raised a dispute with my credit company and raised this with citizens advice and they returned my money as per their section 73 of credit agreement and in line with consumer rights act of 2015. If i had the time, money and energy I would take you to court which is why I waited until now before going public with this. You are a criminal and a liar and should be reprimanded. I will not let you get away with this. The story: This was the third time i rented a bike from them. In the past the gears got stuck and left me stranded for an hour but i thought maybe its because im learning. This time, i picked the bike at Monday 4:30 with half a tank, rode all the way to camden, turned the bike off to go into tesco, when i came back the bike wouldnt turn on. This was around 5:45. Not sure how you have a mechanic shop and claim that i killed the battery while i was riding it. So i called them that night but no answer because the shop was closed (fai enough). I managed to park the bike at one of my friends' over night so it doesnt get stolen. Next day i called them trying to resolve this and they told me to call RAC and that of course if anything is wrong with the bike theyll refund me. I asked them to email me this, they ignored my emails. RAC scheduled for Wednesday 10AM and they jump started the bike. I called and told them that Id like to bring the bike back after work and they said no problem but we will close the shop so you're gonna have to leave it outside and hand the rented helmet to the shop next door. I asked if they could email me that just so we can have this agreed. They ignored my calls and emails all day. At 4pm Shab answered and says no we won't email you and everything is at your own risk not sure what you want from us. When they saw that Im asking for documents and Im trying to do this the right way their nice guy act dropped. So instead, i rode the bike back to my place to park it safely and refueled the tank. On thursday (day when my rental was due to end) i took a half day off to ride it back and rid myself of this hassle but the bike wouldnt turn on. I called them and i called RAC. They told me that they wont tow the bike unless it cannot be fixed on the spot. They came, examined and towed the bike back. After a week of radio silence i ask for a refund and they say that the bike is working perfectly and that i had flattened the battery. I rented a bike with the expectation that its road worthy and that I dont have to spend a week trying to turn it on and return it to you. You wasted an entire week and youre just a bad person with the way you treated me and i genuinely wish that you get what you deserve.

As a complete novice to the world of Hells Angels, I was completely ignorant to what it is all about but I have to say, the staff were great at helping me out and apparently the shop sells the latest bike models including Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki and also Peugeot. I was looking into quotes a bike on behalf of a friend and found it very useful that the shop has a service called "rent try buy scheme" whereby you can hire a bike for the weekend, and then if decide you want to keep it - they will deduct the hire cost and sell it to you. The wonders of the credit crunch I suppose. As I mentioned, I'm no expert but as someone stepping into the shop without an inkling of even how to sit on a motorbike properly, the staff were very friendly and refrained from taking advantage of my lack of knowledge.

It is quite frustrating to deal with them, they NEVER answer or return your calls. Although they promised me they would have fixed it and upgraded it for free I requested a refund as the item was clearly not fit for use and I didn't feel safe. They became very aggressive and instead of an apology they denied all our agreements and started to say I have abused the scooter and called my a lair ....!! I am not used to this kind of service, to be honest. I am 41 years old, not a teenager and only commute 7 miles a day on a very straight and easy road. Do not buy their products. Bunch of amateurs that have no idea what business and customer service is.

I always try to be the nice guy and to have a good relationship with my mechanic, not only because is "better for business" but also because I highly respect this job. I wish one day I can have the same experience. If you think about it, a mechanic is like a doctor. But this time something didn't work. Every time I left the bike to him I had to wait at least 30 days. He was never answering my calls, one time I even had to beg the Herald company to call him for me, I remember the anxiety I felt, not knowing what happened to my bike because his shop was 2 hours from my home. Why wasn't he letting me know anything? Never knew. Luckily for me, Herald was trust worthy and they came in help. In few days I had my answer. A really rude mail, stating that basically was all my fault if they didn't call me. That they refuse to speak with rude people. But I was so happy to have my bike back that I didn't care. I tought that maybe, it was really my fault, maybe, Graham was just really busy, even to answer a phone call. After that I gave him my trust again and I made a series of good photos at his shop, trying to show him that I just wanted to have a good relationship with my dealer/mechanic. I bought a brand new koso speedometer, 120 p and gave him the bike to install it. Another month passed. When I came by surprise, no job done. A lot of excuses and I never saw that speedo again, nor my money. But he invited to come to see a race, of his friend. To make photos, you know. 15 pounds of free tickets. Maybe I was wrong again, maybe it's me, I tought. Well I left a third time the bike there, at his shop. I wanted the tank painted this time, for 100 pounds. Looked like a good deal. 2 months passed. Again, no info, no answer from messages, from calls. Just a big, big silence. I was desperate. I couldn't go on writing to him, there was a pile of nice messages asking what's going on...maybe something bad happened...so I decide to come randomly to his shop, again. When I see him he smiles, he kindly say me that I can't take the bike now because the paint is fresh. But I don't listen and go in the "work area". Bike is there, Open air, under the rain. No tank, no engine cap cover. No fresh paint! it was a lie! Was so obvious! Since my engine cap, which I personalized, was missing, and Rain and dust could come freely inside the engine, I get quite irritated. He says to me he wanted to show it to a customer and he has it in his office. I, probably, wasn't even considered a customer. Sad, without any more faith, I ask to put the tank back and I go home, and never come back. I change mechanic: I find the best I could have, a friend, really. Without him my journey would have been a disaster. Bolts missing, errors, untrue wheels...there was even a screw scraping my brake disk at every turn because was the wrong one and when we tried to remove the sayd disk the bolts were completely rounded. So my new mechanic saved my bike and personalized as I always wanted. The good mechanic, to make every mechanic proud. Not even an official Herald one..! I wrote this because yesterday I tried for the last time to ask graham my 120 pound speedo back, and I think you can imagine how it went...! I'm sorry for him, because I don't think he ever realized it. Or maybe he just didn't like me, for whatever reason. For sure wasn't professional and just dangerous. I'm worried for Herald as well because I don't think they really know the situation and how much something like this can damage they're hard gained results as a company. I'll send them a mail to inform.
