Initially I was very hopeful, however after several attempts to communicate and then finally having a dialogue my enthusiasm began to fade. It was beyond painful to acquire an estimate for service and then the walk through was a series of insults and shocking remarks. I tried very hard to stay positive and thought that maybe it was a bad day or language barrier that I was experiencing from the BluMop manager. THEN came the first appointment, more insults and then after making it known that I wanted my marble islands cleaned only with cleaner I provided and that request was ignored everything just went south. The door to my kitchen was left open and the manger alerted me that they would not clean my house. He had insulted my home, and then myself when he inferred that I was not a desirable client.
