After our current home construction was completed we looked for assistance with cleaning. Because…read moreour location is remote this proved to be challenging. I found BluMop after an online search. Initially I was very hopeful, however after several attempts to communicate and then finally having a dialogue my enthusiasm began to fade. It was beyond painful to acquire an estimate for service and then the walk through was a series of insults and shocking remarks. I tried very hard to stay positive and thought that maybe it was a bad day or language barrier that I was experiencing from the BluMop manager. THEN came the first appointment, more insults and then after making it known that I wanted my marble islands cleaned only with cleaner I provided and that request was ignored everything just went south. The door to my kitchen was left open and the manger alerted me that they would not clean my house. He had insulted my home, and then myself when he inferred that I was not a desirable client. After he quit with no discussion, I told him to get out of my house. My advice is to avoid BluMop at all costs.

From the owner: How NextLevel Pressure Wash Got Started…read more NextLevel Pressure Wash began with a simple idea: take pride in your work and treat every customer like a neighbor. After years of working for others, I realized I wanted something more — the ability to build something of my own while helping people take care of their homes. What started with one pressure washer and a few driveways quickly turned into a full-time commitment to doing quality work the right way. From day one, my goal has been to deliver real results, earn trust, and grow a business that reflects hard work, honesty, and customer care. Every job, big or small, gets the same attention to detail and respect. This is more than just cleaning surfaces — it’s about building something I can be proud of, and making sure every customer feels good about choosing NextLevel. Thank you to everyone who’s supported me so far. I’m excited to keep growing and serving the Southern Maryland community.

I didn't have a great experience with Dillon's…read more In my haste, I forgot to remove the porch cushions before the soft washing began. Unfortunately, the cleaning solution bleached the cushion covers beyond repair. The throw pillow inserts also had to be discarded because they were not salvageable. Looking back, I wish the crew had reminded me to remove the cushions before they started, as replacing them ultimately cost me more than the cleaning service itself. In addition, the windows were left with a noticeable film, several areas of the siding were still dirty with pollen, and the gutters still contained pine needles and other debris after the work was completed. After I contacted the company and shared photos of the damage, I was told that I should have read the fine print. The company offered me a small discount. I was also told that if I hired them again in the future, the job would cost several hundred dollars more because my house had been underbid. Overall, I was disappointed not only with the quality of the work but also with how my concerns were handled afterward.
