I asked his honest opinion on what he would do, and he told me he would wait. Worst mistake I ever made. Went for implants at the Bluffton office. Woke from the anesthesia…read morehearing grinding away more bone to make the temporary fit. Nerves were cut or damaged. Lower lip droops now. Eating has been problematic. Still experience discomfort. The final prosthesis is nothing like I was shown in the office numerous times. It is just like the temporary that fit over my lower jaw and not at the gum line like a regular All-On-4 . I was shown an All-On-4 many times and told that would be my final. It was pretty expensive but I wouldn't mind the money if I had gotten what I was shown. They had 32,000 reasons to be honest with me. Really disappointed.

As I expected Dr Thomas and staff exceeded expectations…read more Apparently my bottom arch needed a couple more implants to be stable, so he added them...no additional charge. Night after surgery went home without teeth .. I get it now. There was some swelling and bleeding..but was very manageable. By the next day swelling way down and bleeding stopped. Much more logical to set temporaries when surgical side effects subsided. Temporaries went on easy pissy and fit perfectly...and look GREAT. I come back in two weeks and get a new set of temporaries...not sure why, other than an adjustment for gums healing. Dr Thomas, Sawyer and rest the staff were outstanding... couldn't be more pleased! Can't thank them enough!

When I moved to Charleston a little over a year and a half ago I needed a dentist, but I wanted a…read moregood dentist. When I looking for a dentist I search the web and really couldn't find much good information on who to see, so I started asking people around town when a coworker referred me to Dr. Beall; she would not stop talking about how great he was and how I had to give him a try. I gave his office a call and it was really easy to get an appointment the following week or so. When I arrived his front of house staff greeted me and welcomed me in the office. I had a seat and less than 5 minutes later the hygienist called me back to clean my teeth, she was very friendly and did a great job at the cleaning. After the cleaning Dr. Beall came by to meet me and conduct a dental exam; he made feel at ease with some of the issues I was having with my teeth and thoroughly explained the procedures that I needed to correct the problem. A few months ago a new dentist, Dr. Ashley Christopher, joined the practice and has taken over my dental work for Dr. Beall. I am very pleased with her as well; so far she has done a great job too. One thing that mentioned in the other review is the office is up to date with the latest equipment, and even has a television with earphones for you to enjoy some news, sports, weather, soaps, etc while your teeth are cleaned or repaired.
