When I looking for a dentist I search the web and really couldn't find much good information on who to see, so I started asking people around town when a coworker referred me to Dr. Beall; she would not stop talking about how great he was and how I had to give him a try. I gave his office a call and it was really easy to get an appointment the following week or so. When I arrived his front of house staff greeted me and welcomed me in the office. I had a seat and less than 5 minutes later the hygienist called me back to clean my teeth, she was very friendly and did a great job at the cleaning. After the cleaning Dr. Beall came by to meet me and conduct a dental exam; he made feel at ease with some of the issues I was having with my teeth and thoroughly explained the procedures that I needed to correct the problem. A few months ago a new dentist, Dr. Ashley Christopher, joined the practice and has taken over my dental work for Dr. Beall. I am very pleased with her as well; so far she has done a great job too. One thing that mentioned in the other review is the office is up to date with the latest equipment, and even has a television with earphones for you to enjoy some news, sports, weather, soaps, etc while your teeth are cleaned or repaired.

First of all I had the best experience with the front desk- Nina. She told me everything I needed from my insurance company and each time I sent her an email with my x-rays from my dentist in California she would immediately write me right back. She was on point ever single communication. My first impression was sealed. Then I arrive on the day of my apt. It's a really nice comfortable waiting area (clean!) and a nice area for procedures, cleanings, etc. I was lucky enough to get Brenda on this day. Wow. She was very thorough and also let me know we new customers get fitted for whitening trays on our first visit for FREE! What!? It's like Christmas. Do you know how expensive those things are?! I hope to get Brenda every time. She was also very gentle and just in general cool to talk to. Then it was my time with Dr. Adams. What a great experience. He was VERY thorough and took ample time with me and listened to all my fears from my previous doctors visits. He let me know if I was "his sister" then this is what he would recommend to her... I was/am sold. He is totally knowledgable and I knew he was being straight with me and not trying to up-sell me. Upon leaving I went ahead and made my next 6 month cleaning visit and also went ahead and scheduled that new crown. My former dentist made me feel like I needed to hurry and get this done but here I learned I could wait but not too long- I felt like I trusted this office enough that I wanted it done there and why wait? Also a shout out to the nice lady, I didn't catch her name, when I left. She checked me out and was ready for me with the paperwork I needed and walked me through everything. Are you kidding me? EVERY SINGLE PERSON I CAME INTO CONTACT WITH WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD HAVE HOPED FOR! I will continue to come here and make this my home dentist. I 100% recommend this office if you are new to town. You will feel like you are in good hands with honest people who clearly know what they are doing. I promise I'm not related to any of them, lol. That's just how good I felt about the whole visit!!!
