These people are heroes! Every one at the shop! My fiancé and I were on a road trip in our van…read moreand the van got damaged when I pulled out of a gas station without looking. The damage was significant enough that we couldn't continue driving the van. We stopped at Mikes and they fixed the van in under an hour and DIDN"T CHARGE US!! What? That's right. These people were so kind and selfless. It made our day and restored any doubts we had in humanity. We owe them. These are truly great people and heroes in our book. Please SUPPORT this business in any way you can. Next time we are in town we may stop by just to say hello! Thank you again!!

A couple days ago, my son got a flat tire right across from Mikes Countryside body shop. He called…read moreme to pick him up. When I got there Luke Weber and another guy were there talking to my son. He told my son to pull the car into their lot so no one would get hit on the road. He then looked at the tire and asked if we had a spare tire. We did but IT was flat. He suggested we call Shorty and see if he had any tires the size I needed. He didn't, but they would be in there tomorrow. Luke then went a got a jack and took of the flat and had the flat spare filled with air, and put it on for us so we could at least get home. I offered Luke some money and he refused and said he was glad he could help. I was thinking that if Mike's Countryside employees treat people who weren't even their customers that good, can you imagine how well they'd treat their customers!!! Thanks Luke Weber and Mike's Countryside!! Becki :)

I was kept informed during the delays - mostly waiting for parts to come in. They coordinated well with the rental car company and made that part of the process so easy and painless. They did a good job on what I would call dreaded work. They were easy to work with and helped to make the process almost painless.

My bank scheduled me for an inspection after a collision. I asked and confirmed that: 1) I would not pay anything for the inspection at time of pickup, and that 2) I would not have to repair my vehicle with the same company that completed the inspection. (I have a local mechanic I trust already.) Then I receive a form from Caliber Collision requiring (quote): AUTHORIZATION TO REPAIR. (Required field) I hereby authorize Caliber Collision to complete the necessary repairs to my vehicle. I understand that payment in full will be due upon release of the vehicle, including any supplement charges. AUTHORIZATION TO DISASSEMBLE. So to get inspected, you have to: 1) immediately pay for all work related to the inspection including vehicle disassembly, 2) pay to have the vehicle fully repaired on-site, and 3) grant Caliber Collision power of attorney. Oof. Just a heads up for anyone looking to have an insurance inspection done here.
