Lovely park, perfect for dog walks and picnics. Very peaceful, full of families and walkers. There are even sections for working out and barbecues. However there was a family feeding whole bags of bread to the ducks. There should be better education on feeding.

Tri-City park is a local gem in Placentia, conveniently located off Kramer Blvd and located very close to Brea. There are large greenway areas, a pond, workout area with body weight machines, public bathrooms and several parking lots. The walking "loop" is roughly 3/4 of a mile, so you will see a number of walkers and runners depending on the day. This is a great place to stroll and unwind a bit. The walkways are paved decently and the only minus is some smelly areas due to stagnant water and bird poop.

Tri-City is a neighborhood park in North Orange County. It intersects near the border of Brea, Yorba Linda and Placentia cities. There is a large pond surrounded by walking trails and cute bridges. There are a wide variety of birds that like to congregate around the pond (like seagulls), so watch out for bird poop! It's a great park for local hobby photographers, children, and those in the neighborhood wishing to take in so fresh air. It's not a big park, so if you are looking for a workout, there is a nice outdoor workout and exercise area complete with equipment on the north side. Bring mosquito repellant in the heat of summer!

A nice local park with plenty of free parking which is refreshing to see nowadays! Beautiful for a picnic, spending time with friends, having a family party or going on a walk. Lots of different birds nearby so caution for that if you're not a fan of birds. Even some cute little turtles in the pond. They allow fishing but you must follow rules! :)

It's beautiful, breath-taking, and a great spot for relaxing. I needed some fresh air and drove here for a stroll. There are people with their family, dogs, and some are even fishing by the water. I didn't realize it's connected to Tuffree Park, which I visited a couple of weeks ago for pickleball. I saw squirrels, and it is so peaceful here. It feels like a mini campground, the way it was built.

Love this park! Such a peaceful and scenic spot for walks or runs around the lake. Everyone here is so friendly, and the atmosphere feels really welcoming. I also enjoy using the tennis courts--they're a great bonus. It's also the perfect place to just sit on a bench, watch the ducks, or have a picnic with friends. Highly recommend!

Nice park if you live around this area. We were here for a church picnic, Saturday between 10:30 am - 1:30 pm. The park was parked today. Parking was full, but luckily you can also park on the street, so that's definitely helpful. From the street to the park lake is about a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed it. We had a good time. Park is nice and clean. Bathrooms are also close by. Beautiful lake, full of ducks lol. Very nice park!

Been coming here for years even before we had our daughter, I would sit in the parking lot in my car listen to music and have lunch on my lunch breaks. The ducks and geese always came up to my car lol. Sometimes they didn't let me leave haha. They added new workout equipment but haven't tried it yet. Really enjoy coming here, always a nice time and fun riding skateboards and scooters around. Lots of nature here they have turtles in the water, lots of ducks and cute little squirrels everywhere. Have a beautiful day :)

The main attraction of this park would be fishing and bird watching compare to other parks. Another fun activity is working out at the area that has different kinds of gym equipment. They also have several picnic area and playground that is perfect for family and friend events. If you a regular like I am, you will agree that you'll get lost with the beautiful scene every time you walk. Whether it's the unique birds and animals that you've never see before or the smell of the trees or the wild flowers, this place gives you that inner peace and relaxation you need. If you need a little bit of a break, there are benches on every path so you can take a breath and watch people either fishing or passing by.

Beautiful park area that I stumbled upon (I don't live in the area). It's really well kept, the grounds are clean, the bathrooms are clean (for a public park). It's quiet and a great place for groups or a solo day. Lots of parking, totally free.

Ask the Community - Tri-City Park

Is there an admission fee? If so, how much?

No admission at all free park :)

    What kind of fish?

From what I understand they have rainbow trout, catfish, and bluegill. I have never fished there but people are always there with their fishing poles. Beautiful relaxing park.

Are there enough cemented paths to do some casual biking? It needs to be worth it because I'm not exactly around the corner.

Definitely! There is a nice loop around the park, or you can bike in the car loop too!

    Cuánto cuesta la entrada?

    It's free.

    Park Dog friendly?

Very much so, must be leashed but a great park to walk your dog.

Do they have a paved bike path? Do they allow roller skates?

    Yes and yes!

Are Un-powered, Radio Control Model Sailboats allowed on the lake?

There is a small cement pad near the center of the lake, near the front parking area. There are often radio controlled boat pilots in this area. There is no sign indicating a "prohibition" against radio controlled sailboats.

    Is there a pool?

There isn't a pool; there is the Lake where swimming is not permitted.

    Do they have Benches?

    Yup. A bunch!

Mostly beginners. This park has public restrooms, but they're located a 5min walk away from the pb courts. Wish they installed the two closer together. Non-likes: - Only THREE pickleball courts. The wait is so long!! There were TWELVE paddles lined up on each of the three courts. Expect to wait about one hour between games during peak hours. - Restrooms don't have paper towels. - There's only one drinking water fountain here. No water bottle refill station. - Only one seated toilet in the men's restroom. - I don't like the fence design surrounding the pb courts. Have to walk/run all the way around to get to the court you're next on. One or two doors along the fence would've been nice.

And it's really well-maintained. The rubber mats aren't good shape. They have the areas pretty well separated for a little kids and big kids. You've got the big kid swings over by the big kids playground in the small kid swings over by the small kid playground in between there is a rock climbing station And a small little house with a dirt patch for kids to play in. Game changer though? Did someone say zip line? There was a line of kids waiting to give themselves a chance at swinging across the zip line. Definitely a new staple for the family. Also, plenty of shade parking.
