Blueprint Moving Company truly went above and beyond for our family…read more From the very first conversation, I felt at ease. Dena was my main point of contact, and she was an absolute joy to work with. Scheduling was seamless, communication was clear and consistent, and she was incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the entire process. It honestly meant more than she probably knows during this stressful move across the country. On moving day, Dena's husband Shaun and the rest of the team, Mike and Tommy, were nothing short of incredible! They worked tirelessly in freezing temperatures while unloading and organizing two very large shipping pods, and they never once complained. Their work ethic, speed, and efficiency were truly impressive, but what stood out most was the care and pride they took in their work. They treated our home and belongings with respect. The team took the time to place floor protectors throughout the house, thoughtfully organized everything, and worked together so smoothly it was clear they genuinely care about doing things the right way. In a moment that could have felt overwhelming, they brought a sense of calm and confidence that allowed us to breathe:) Pricing was also very fair and transparent, which I truly appreciate. Blueprint Moving is a locally owned, small business, and it's clear they take pride in offering honest pricing without hidden surprises. Supporting a company like this feels good. They combine the heart and care of a small business with the professionalism and reliability you'd expect from a long-established company. It's rare these days to find a company that is not only hardworking and efficient, but also genuinely kind, honest, and professional. Blueprint Moving embodies all of that. This is a family-run business that clearly leads with heart. I would recommend Blueprint Moving 100% to anyone who needs moving help of any kind. We are beyond grateful to Dena, Shaun, Mike, and Tommy for making a difficult experience feel manageable, supported, and even positive. If you're looking for movers you can truly trust, this is the team to call.

These guys were great!!…read more First price wise: Their prices are very reasonable, by very I mean a lot less than I expected. I am relieved that I will not need to head up on a ladder to clean the gutters ever again. Second quality and job done: Again very happy with the job done. They complete my whole house gutters in a little less than an hour and a half. They were very careful around my landscaping and careful on my roof, which I was watching carefully but hadn't said anything prior as a test. Can't wait to have these guys out in the spring to do my windows and pressure wash the patio.

I asked for a black roof and to say I am dissatisfied is an understatement, it is a charcoal dark grayish color and not black. They also were here from 7:30 am until 7:00 pm as they obviously did not have a big enough crew. The foreman asked if I was happy with the roof when it was done and I said it was not black and I wanted black. He tried to offer up some explanation about this, that and the other and I said it is not black. Unfortunately it is a very expensive lesson and I guess I am stuck with a roof that does not compliment my home. Very disappointed. Carol Frevola

A few years ago we needed a new garage built after the old one collapsed under heavy snow. Mike…read morecame to the house several times to speak with us. Several, and I mean SEVERAL, times he sat on our couch and his cell phone would ring. He never at any time answered it or silenced it; he would just let it ring. My wife and I found it very disruptive listening to a ringing phone while we were trying to have a conversation. During the project Mike talked several times to our insurance company. That was a mistake. He continuously told us things were set with the insurance company. At the end of the project, I spoke with the insurance company and they told me that they were covering every thing except $2000 plus. Later, when I explained my conversation with the insurance company to Mike he said the insurance company was paying everything (except our deductible of $500). I explained my reservations to him, but he assured me that there would be no more out of pocket expense. After the project was done, we received an invoice from Lutz for over $2000. I was floored! The moral of the story: Don't trust everything your contractor tells you and don't let them deal with your insurance company. You're better have that dialogue yourself. I cannot find it within myself to recommend this company.
