I had a deeply upsetting and unprofessional experience with one of the instructors at this driving…read moreschool. From the moment the lesson began, the instructor was extremely rude and aggressive in his tone. He made the experience very tense, and showed no patience or professionalism. I chose not to say anything during the session in hopes of avoiding further conflict. However, things escalated when the lesson ended. Rather than dropping me off, he began lecturing me based on a note in his system stating I had requested no further cancellations. I calmly pointed out that his issue should be with whoever left that note, not me. At that point, he said he was the "chief" and claimed to own several schools. He showed me his tablet, saying I was "booked at Busy" (whatever that means), and dismissed saying they don't care about reviews. When I said I'd be seeking a refund, he became aggressive. He began shouting, cursing at me, and then shockingly told me to get out of his car. As I was getting out, he used a homophobic slur and when I called out his behaviour, he threatened me with, "I'll bust your face." This experience was beyond unacceptable -- it was abusive. No customer should ever be treated this way, let alone threatened or subjected to slurs. I strongly advise against booking any lessons with this individual or this school until they take accountability for this type of behavior. If this man is truly in charge, it's clear the organization lacks any sense of professionalism or basic human decency. I am scared since this person has my address and details.

They were quick to respond to my request for lessons, sent out lesson reminders, worked with my schedule and were very willing to meet me at locations more convenient for us.
