I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. However, my experience with corporate management has been very disappointing. I had memberships for two vehicles, and over time I discovered multiple double charges on my debit cards. After carefully reviewing my statements, I provided full documentation for both accounts, clearly showing the duplicate charges. Despite this, corporate refused to issue a refund or properly resolve the issue. Because of this, I do not recommend enrolling in their membership program. If you do decide to sign up, I strongly advise that you closely monitor your monthly charges to avoid potential billing issues.

Apparently, he had contacted them online a few hours before because his efforts to rid his bright shiny wheels of the stench from a night of debauchery had failed. He couldn't bear another day of vomit soaked carpet filling his nostrils. Even after repeated washing with OTC products the smell did not depart. Touch of Class to the rescue. They booked an appointment for later that day and were hard at work when I drove up. My young man (25) stood and supervised from a safe distance. Their van was loaded with equipment and product (hoses, sprayer, vacuum, etc.) that reminded of a high class hair salon. Four hours and $160 later, the odor was only of new car, and the entire vehicle was completely detailed, as if it had just left the dealer showroom after purchase. Impressive to say the least. And the price was amazing for the time and effort. These dudes were expert, wasted no time, and obviously took great pride in their work. So much better than going to a detailing shop and dropping off the car for the day. It wasn't my car, but I was sold on the business. Will use them anytime detailing is required or desired. When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy.
