He was able to fit my car in for the next day. Mice had gotten into my mother's car causing a terrible odor. Zach zeroed in on the problem immediately determined where the mice had been and on how to eliminate the odor. He spent the whole day cleaning the car inside and out. The problem is solved now, and the car looks like it's brand new. Also, his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Princeton Car Detailing and would definitely use them again. Thanks, Zach.

We opted for the valet service which was very convenient. They sent a text to let us know when they were on their way and how long it would take them to arrive. Did the same upon return. It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. It feels good to support a local women-run business. Natalie is fantastic (didn't meet her daughter, I'm sure she's fabulous). We'll return to Magic Motorz for the magic touch!

This rating is not based on their service, as I was unable to take advantage of that. Instead, this…read morereview is for their communication, or lack thereof. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

I always go during lunch break and never had to wait in line. It's like driving through a large warehouse or factory. Lots of free towels and vacuum cleaners at the end to finish the job yourself. I almost couldn't figure out how to pull the hose out but I eventually got it. It's a good place to go in a pinch but overall it's a so so wash since it always misses the back of my station wagon. There's no attendants nearby so I wouldn't know who to tell. The "Help Wanted" signs on the way out were perplexing because they seem to do ok running a car wash without humans.

Apparently, he had contacted them online a few hours before because his efforts to rid his bright shiny wheels of the stench from a night of debauchery had failed. He couldn't bear another day of vomit soaked carpet filling his nostrils. Even after repeated washing with OTC products the smell did not depart. Touch of Class to the rescue. They booked an appointment for later that day and were hard at work when I drove up. My young man (25) stood and supervised from a safe distance. Their van was loaded with equipment and product (hoses, sprayer, vacuum, etc.) that reminded of a high class hair salon. Four hours and $160 later, the odor was only of new car, and the entire vehicle was completely detailed, as if it had just left the dealer showroom after purchase. Impressive to say the least. And the price was amazing for the time and effort. These dudes were expert, wasted no time, and obviously took great pride in their work. So much better than going to a detailing shop and dropping off the car for the day. It wasn't my car, but I was sold on the business. Will use them anytime detailing is required or desired. Hopefully, never for the same reason as the young lad. I think he learned his lesson, too. Never afterparty where you live or drive.

When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy.
