My friend had to beg for them to finish, to only be thrown out afterwards, unable to use the location for vehicle pickup. He is legally blind and must have others provide a ride. Because of this he had to walk down a busy freeway to find a suitable location to arrange pickup. Given this is their second location, and the prior had 7 one star reviews out of their 16 before closing, its apparent this is a pattern. Reading other reviews, it shows they have had other individuals with disabilities and issues with poor pain management. DO NOT GO HERE.

So when we moved to NW Arkansas, I did just that. One of only a couple of highly recommended dentists was Dr. K. During our first visit, I was blown away with his thoroughness. He then talked about his philosophy of dental care. Really pleased! Then I had the corner of a tooth break off. He got me in, evaluated the situation, then made a 3/4 crown (I think). He and his assistant were very careful to match the color. I highly recommend Dr. K!

There is one tell-tale sign of a great dentist: all his staff - from reception to dental assistants - are treated as valued colleagues and not just as the ​hired help. For technical reasons, my stay plate was difficult to fit. Dr. Kolokithas spent lots of time and effort to get it perfect for my requirements. I have not been to such an attentive dentist in years. That's shortly after he charged me for a crown that wasn't quite placed in my mouth , shaved down too much of a healthy tooth, offered to fix that free of charge but conveniently closed without a trace, and he smoked in his office. 2yrs later, I met Sarah Culpepper at Gloss Nail Lounge and told her my horror story and she insisted I try this place out. It took me about a month to decide but I made my appointments and Im VERY HAPPY I did! Their office was clean, complimentary coffee or water bottle, staff was very friendly, and Dr. Nick Culpepper (Dr. C as I heard them call him) was awesome! He went above and beyond to help me and my situation, I'm still looking for words to explain how appreciative and how grateful I am! I went for a routine cleaning and after my X-rays I waited 52 minutes in the chair with no word from anyone as to what was happening. The dentist came in and looked at a single tooth and determined I needed a deep cleaning procedure on the one tooth he looked at and therefore would need to come back for my cleaning. I received an estimate for the one tooth and was escorted out. I was skeptical as I have never had any issues with my teeth, I get cleanings every 6 months and if he had seen this issue wouldn't he have checked the rest of my mouth to see if any other teeth needed this procedure? I really got the impression that the office was running very behind and just needed to relieve the pressure from the schedule. I went to another dentist a few weeks later who did a cleaning. The hygienist and the dentist both indicated there were no issues whatsoever with my teeth and in fact, I had very little plaque throughout my mouth
