Speaking of hours, their hours are a little bit tough to work with I believe 10 AM to 6 PM. I did stop by a few times at 10 AM and no one was around yet, but they definitely are open in the afternoons. The inside has way more merchandise than the small exterior hint at. And the owner definitely knows his dance shoes. He measured my feet and brought it out several options for me to try. All told, it only took me 10 minutes to get a new pair of ballet slippers, which I have been loving so far. Prices are slightly higher than what you would find online, but the service and immediacy of getting your shoes and the option to try on different styles and sizes makes up for the slightly higher prices.

I was happy to see I could order the chain from their website and have it shipped to me, avoiding having to drive there. Easily placed my order online. It arrived three days later in cute pink packaging. Right away I noticed the chain had a flaw. It looked like several links were bunched up in one place and wouldn't straighten out. It was disappointing because the 23" length is hard to find, plus it was kind of pricey for costume jewelry. The She She website isn't showing any more of this particular chain, so I'm not sure I will be able to exchange it. I guess I'll stop by the boutique and see what happens. Maybe they can fix it.

On June 24th I emailed them to let them know I had not received my swimsuit, and that the tracking number showed that it was delivered to the incorrect city/ address. They replied, and told me they sent me the incorrect tracking number. Two days later on June 26th I finally received the swimsuit, but it was the wrong style and two sizes too small. So I emailed them again, and requested they send a return label for the swimsuit they incorrectly sent, and requested that they send the correct style, but asked they send it two sizes larger this time. They did not reply to this email, but sent the suit in the right style, but with the original smaller size that I had emailed them was too small. Again, I emailed them requesting a return label for the other swimsuit, and the larger size suit. Since then, I have sent several more emails and have not received a response. I now have two swimsuits that don't fit my daughter, and I am out $52. I have tried calling but no one ever picks up and their voicemail is full. If your ordering from this store, make sure you know the exact size, because there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES despite what their website claims.
