Anyways promised to hire them again for my upstairs and ....... here is the story. Installed shutters upstairs after 5-6 weeks waiting because we were forgotten. Finally they arrived but still forgot to bring the folding window handles at time of installation which was included in my cost (invoice to prove it). Noticed some shutters were loose and was advised that we needed new tension screws. Was promised that they will be back to repair and install the handles within a week. Months have gone by, no response to texts messages, calls and they have also been ignoring my wife ... true gentleman. Product is nice ... hire at your own risk ... if you do hire them don't pay until the last screw is installed because they ain't coming back. Oh and good luck to you and your so called warranty .... can't get something repaired if they don't answer. Looks like a recent review is singing the same song. Shutter Outlet have been hired by many of my family members in the past and can guarantee that loyalty is done due to this disrespect. My brother just bought a new beautiful home nearby so it starts there. Maybe this review will get them to engage me and finish the job which was paid in full.
