There is a 'relaxation' area off to one side, since there's only two chairs going at once, but with complimentary water, tea, coffee, etc. It's worth the wait. My hair was done amazingly, without too much direction or even knowing what I wanted. I got tons of compliments, and it held without being too crunchy or looking like a new helmet on my head. My nails were done french style shellac, which was my first experience as such. They look awesome, and have held up fantastically. The staff was very friendly, and though obviously well known with the locals, I didn't feel or get treated like an outsider.

I walk in at 4pm, they close at 5pm, they were too busy, no one in any chairs, one person sitting waiting. Obviously this franchise doesn't need the business if it refuses people on a regular basis.

Anyone can call in any time of the day and get their name on the list. No times or appointments you just get on the list. Then you can show up any time of the day and you are on the list. This puts you ahead of the walk ins. The moral of the story is you should call in at 9 am and get your name on the list. If it is convenient later in the day, show up and get a good haircut. Do not just walk in whatever you do. I arrived and there was only one other person waiting. Then the people on the list started showing up and they never stopped coming. They showed pity on me and finally said "he's next" and then gave me a great haircut.
