They bring over a tray with fresh lemon and a scented scrub. At the end you get a 3 minute hand massage and a warm towel. I wanted a natural color with a hint of pink, and she helped me pick the color I wanted. At the start of your service, they provide you with a complimentary drink. I went with a Chardonnay and my friend had a Diet Coke. The Chardonnay was actually really good, and they brought my friend a cup of ice with her chilled Diet Coke. Excellent service all around. I'll be back for sure to try their pedicure. It looks amazing and relaxing.

I stood there a moment before being asked what I needed and I mentioned I had an appointment at 4 for a mani/pedi. She instructed me to walk next door. I walked next door and was not greeted. One lady looked up after a couple of minutes and I'm pretty sure I heard her say, oh that's my appointment to the client in the chair. She then said hello to me and I responded with a hi. Nothing else was said so I sat down and proceeded to wait. After 5 mins the same lady that said hello to me finally said, "can you give me five minutes?" Which I nodded then for clarity I asked, "another 5 on top of the 5 that I've already waited?" To which she responded, "yes" I was finally called to take a seat at 4:14pm (at this point she saw me writing this review and I didn't care). I was taken to the last seat and the service did definitely improve but again I would say it was more than likely because she saw this on my phone. She set me up in the chair explained it was a massage chair and moved me forward and started with asking me temperature warm or hot, cut down short or keep the length, if this was my first time and so forth. I answered (not warmly) and went back to my phone. Service continued to be great (me thinking well hopefully it was just a bad start, one off situation) warm water, cut short, good amount of attention to shaping/cleaning of nails/cuticles. Turns out she also does hair and actually enjoying do that more than nails. Each technician has multiple licenses so you need to find the right fit for you and you'll love it!
