I made a big mistake and tried to put my almost new truck through a drive through and it didn't fit and both my passenger doors were crunched. I took it to Trendz Chano's Edition and couldn't be happier. The customer service was excellent. He told me exactly when my truck would be done and it was. The work they did is flawless. There is nothing at all to indicate that anything had happened. In addition, my truck is cleaner than they day I got it. It looks and smells brand new. Took my car here for an estimate for body repair after an auto accident. Car had front, fender and driver door damage. I had to walk into the yard to search for someone to help me. Finally found owner talking with other guys in the back. When I requested an estimate. The owner told me it didn't matter what I wanted the insurance company will have their way. I shared that it was cash pay but he wasn't interested in providing an estimate and flatly refused. He told me I had to have the insurance company information before he could do anything, despite the cash pay. Thus, I didn't argue with him as it's his business and if he has no interest, I certainly don't want him near my car. I went to a competitor that was much more customer oriented.
