This hotel looks newly renovated and remodeled, it is NOT. Its filthy! I wouldn't even shower there. The ice machine was "broken". The staff even called me at 11:09 to tell me it was time to check out. I have NEVER had a hotel call the room to kick me out. One roll of toilet paper in the room with only 1/3 of the roll left. I gave it chance because newly renovated motels can be clean, fresh and charming, this was not the case. I will not be returning.

Cheap, quick & easy; you get what you pay for. Low water pressure, bathroom window didn't close, smelled like cigarettes/smoke, dem lighting. Hardwood floors, stone floor in shower. THE WATER IN THE SHOWER DID NOT GET HOT, it was lukewarm. Needed something cheap for a few hrs close to the airport, to take nap in on a long work break. They had direct TV, microwave, and a mini fridge, a plus. No bed bugs, seen some odd Rollie Pollie looking critter crawl from the window.

Booked a room for one night due to the hubby flying off early morning out of LAX and us not wanting to wake up at 3am to drive to the airport. Made the reservation on booking.com and paid about $100, so the review is based upon price/quality ratio of this amount. We received an updated room without icky carpet, plus also updated bathroom. Cleanliness was up to standard, as we did not find any stains, trash, dust or other surprises that other people have mentioned. Check-in went smooth and they called in advance to get our ETA. The WiFi worked fine the entire time. Parking was available and free of charge, as this is a motel. The cons of our stay was mostly that the room was not very soundproof and I had to sleep with ear plugs (even then I still woke up a few times). If you are upstairs, the ground will shake when someone passes your room, so I can only imagine what a room on the downstairs floor sounds like when people walk around upstairs. The neighborhood is also still IngleHood, so keep that in mind. The cops came in the middle of the night to the hotel because of a fight in one of the rooms.. Overall though, I'd say it's a great place to stay if you need to fly out of LAX and don't want to overcharge for W Century Blvd hotels and parking. I'd probably stay here again if I can get a similar deal on the rate.

This motel accommodated me after late checkout (past 12pm), (oops am sorry!) standard appliances include microwave in the room, mini refrigerator, flat screen TV and flat iron. No room deposit at check in, it's also next door to McDonald's My dislikes with this place include: noise interruption in the middle of the night from the loud footsteps of the guests in the room above me, torn furniture, No coffee maker, No hair dryer, No swimming pool, No fitness center, smelly fridge, clogged up shower drainage.

Stayed for a night and it was really nice. I felt like I got a great price for the room to be booked on the weekend. Definitely make use of the 24/7 food delivery, because there is no fridge or microwave. (unless you book the master suite) Overall, I had great night with no issues and barely heard any traffic or outside noise. The room was clean and I did not see any bugs or mites. 10/10.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Universal Studios for Horror Night. I was skeptical about how the rooms were going to be just because sometimes when I look at motel reviews there seems to be only some rooms that's remodeled and I was afraid we might get an old room that did not look like the pictures online. However, when we entered our room, I was shocked to find a very spacious remodeled "bedroom". It included two queen sized beds, a flat screen with Direct TV, a desk and chair, a hair dryer hidden under the sink, a table, a comfy chair, iron/board, a mini fridge, and a huge mirror that has perfect lighting! The bathroom sink is separate from the shower and toilet; it's outside where the beds are at if that makes sense. The room was clean, but the floors were dirty if you're walking around barefoot because it's hardwood floors. The two men at the front were very friendly and accommodating. I called the front a few times to ask about the hair dryer, a Do Not Disturb sign, and the WiFi. There is an ice bucket in the room, so I thought ice would be free, but it's 50 cents and located outside by the front desk/office. The man at the front desk saw me with the ice bucket waiting for my sister to bring me 50cents and he just gave me 50cents for free. I had three other people with me on this trip and they enjoyed their stay here. They loved the room and want to come back here the next time we're in LA! We will be coming back for sure!

For the amount it's worth it your getting what you paid for. Everything was clean. Customer service was great. The only thing I could complain about is the bed not being that comfy but I mean I'm not at home so I can't complain other than that everything else was good!

A couple reviews said the area isn't great. Is it safe to keep your car parked there when staying overnight?

The area is a little sketch. We rented an SUV for our trip and it was fine being left overnight. Just don't keep anything valuable inside or leave anything that would prompt someone to want to break in.

Luckily we brought bottled waters because the room didn't come with any. The bathroom was spacious with enough room for two people to get ready. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers in the shower, as well as one small bar of soap and one makeup wipe at the sink. Onsite there's a Starbucks (closes at 5pm), Jersey Mike's (closes at 9pm), and a pizza place (closes at 10pm). We got food from Jersey Mike's and brought it back to the room to enjoy while watching TV and relaxing. The beds were super comfy, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Early morning checkout was a breeze and the airport shuttle was already there loading up passengers. The ride was quick to our terminal! All in all we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We used to leave our car at the Sheraton, but due to a lack of shuttle availability, we missed a flight. So, we moved on to the Hilton. We purchase our parking ahead of time, so that we are able to scan in and out with ease. The parking lot is pretty deep underground. It's about 6 levels down and even though they have a lot of parking, it is still difficult to find a parking spot. It is not uncommon to find cars parked against the wall, making their own parking spots. It's pretty wild down there! Some of the EV chargers don't work, so a lot of gas cars park there when needed. Parking is tight and it can be very difficult to find a parking spot. If you have an oversized vehicle, they might valet park it for you. Once you park your car, you can head up to the main level to use the restroom before heading off to the airport. Shuttles are waiting outside and you just need to queue up and wait to board. At busier times, they have multiple shuttles running. We feel confident in their abilities to get us to the airport on time. The parking lot is wild, but at least you have a place to secure your vehicle while you travel. I do take pictures and video with the timestamp to show the condition of my vehicle when I drop it off. I don't know how well their security cameras work, bur given how tight their parking lot is, I make sure that I document the condition of my car, just in case something happens while we are gone. Other than that, I'd say that this place is ok.

What really cheesed me off was the sign at the entrance to the underground parking garage announcing the overnight self-parking rate of $67.50!!! I sure don't remember seeing that tidbit on the Hilton Honors booking site! At that price I expected gold-plated parking but no, we had to circle down through the very low ceiling and aisles (driving my in-laws' big Dodge Caravan) before we finally found an open slot (fortunately not too far from the elevators since all the handicap slots were full) on level 5. We would have been much better off parking at the nearby LAX economy parking garages with higher ceilings, wide aisles, better rates (though still VERY pricey), and, most importantly, open slot tallies on each floor and a red / green light above each slot. The path to reception at the lobby level exit from the garage elevators was not clearly marked. (We had to check in since I couldn't get the Hilton Honors app to give me a digital key.) The desk clerk directed us to the room elevators and told me to enter '13' to get to our room's floor. What he didn't explain is that we needed to enter '13' on the keypad OUTSIDE the elevators. Fortunately, we had time to figure it out, so I hopped out after another couple on floor 12, entered '13' on the keypad, and hopped back on the elevator to ride up one more floor. The next morning (a little after 5am), we returned to the front desk to pay for parking - which totaled over $72 (tax or extra hours??) - and then reversed our slow spiral up to ground level. Next time I fly home out of LAX, I'll either take a Lyft from the in-laws' house or book a later morning flight so I can take the LA Metro - by far the best - and least expensive - way to cross LA County!

Would like to return to here again but that inconvenience was a happy mood killer. Got in the elevator and the elevator smelled like a bunch of heavy farts which they should have better scents in there. Had to hold my breath the whole time so I wouldn't barf. It was so bad. :( Also, front desk doesn't allow any food deliveries to deliver up to the rooms which front desk makes it hugely inconvenient for guests having to come down and pick up food. That is not wise at all. More happy mood killers for guests to feel. So not cool. As lovely as the place and rooms are, the service here is very disappointing to horrendous. Also, every room should be checked if the tv works or not for guests. More inconveniences especially calling front desk and having to wait so long for them to pick up. They're not even busy. Maybe just busy staring at people looking like they're assisting guests including me and there were no welcome greetings to guests when entering the lobby. That was already a fail in its own. For a place of pricey hospitality, that is so expected. None of that whatsoever. I went downstairs to lobby to pick up my food myself when the delivery dude wanted to deliver to my room but front desk forbid him. Automatic epic fail with front desk customer service on that and other issues. As well as the water bottles of Voss be new ones daily and not already used ones still sitting there for the next guests like me to be appalled to. Overall, the experience here was wack. :( That they should compensate back somehow. My stars is only 1.5 for here. Do better and be better, management here. Y'all are not even cheap price here to be ghetto service here. Y'all need to not be like all the things I had to mention. Guests like me definitely expect better from y'all. And we are not getting that. At all. So with that, don't be like ghetto hotels. Sure hope y'all fix all that mess immediately because surely no one would want to return here if those I mentioned are all wack and stay wack. Especially when there are more other hotels better to stay at that never make it inconvenient and very unhappy for guests. Period. As the #1 customer service of my staff and I to all my businesses, we would never make our guests unhappy. We are so impressively detailed, attentive, and genuinely caring from the moment of greeting them asap they are about to enter the front doors, to assisting them the whole time, and to them leaving and not wanting to leave being so attached to us. Every time. We don't miss a beat when it comes to our guests. My own guests are always always leaving Yelp comments as: "Loooooooove this place!" And "Excellent service and a fun atmosphere! Customer Services were amazing - attentive but not intrusive and they seemed genuinely pleased that we were enjoying..". And "I love this place! Amazing and the people who work there are so nice and sweet every time! The place is so welcoming and has pretty decor and I'm in love.." And "The staff was very friendly and helpful and ensured we were ok." And "Customer Service was warm, attentive, and quick, which made the whole experience even better." And "Was greeted with a warmth and exuberance often reserved for royals, celebrities, the beloved. Highly recommend this spot!" ~from my own guests of old and new. There are more. A lot more. That's how my staff and I naturally roll. Y'ALL NEED TO STEP UP HUGELY. I'd appreciate it when y'all can compensate me with my visit recently. Because being a first timer here and wanting to return has been difficult. Wasn't a good experience. However the hotel window looking out was super dirty it didn't make for great viewing, which was a bummer. The beds were comfy, bathroom was a decent size (just somewhat outdated), and everything was tidy and clean. One time, there was a miscommunication during booking that was easily fixable. Despite my family's loyalty to not just the brand but this location, the callous night manager was aggressively mean. During the darkest time of my family's life, Marriott chose to add to our hardships rather than provide a quiet respite from it all. Marriott won't suffer consequences. This location won't suffer consequences. Heck, I bet that night manager won't suffer any consequences. But my story still needs to be shared. To the terrible excuse for a human being night manager: I hope it made you feel just a little bit better to make my family's life that much harder during its darkest moments.
