After telling him I'm dealing with chronic joint pain/insomnia/muscle pain, he recommended a few options for me to start. I bought the Charlotte's Web salve and a variety of CBD gummies to start. He recommended possibly trying the tinctures in the future as well as a lotion and the CBD tea leaves. At this moment, I'm not comfortable with the vaping option, however he did say the relief is almost instant so I'm not ruling that out for future use. Spent about $44 and learned a lot about the options. I've already got some of the salve on my joints and I think I'm getting some relief, there's hope yet!
