Service is outstanding and Staff is great in explaining which items are best for your pet and WHY as well as their efforts to locate difficult to find items. their prices are highly competitive - in other words, they are outstanding in every way especially when you consider the fact that they also carry the highest quality products as well as typical brands. I wouldn't go any other place and believe me, I have put a lot of research in regarding locating the best store. They carry EVERYTHING with the highest diversity! My experience with their store is WAY OVERDUE to share on YELP - I could not be more appreciative!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!!! TERI FRIEDMAN

Pet Mania is a nice little pet store that has premier brands and healthier choices for your pets…read more From goats milk to toys, and everything in between, there is something for everyone and every pet. Cats, rabbits, dogs, birds, they have it! My biggest complaint, though, is pricing. Some things are way overpriced and others are on the lower end. There's no real balance when it comes to their prices so just know that going in. We bought our dog a few hide-free bones and a toy, which they have a great selection of both. However, with the confusion on prices, I'm unsure if we will be back for anything other than the treats we normally buy her and toys (since those were reasonable). Oh! And they have Ziwi which is normal priced, so that's a bonus!

My Favorite Fish Store!…read more This is hands down my favorite fish store! It's such a relief to know the crew here--Jillian, Evan, and Chris--are not only friendly and laidback, but also incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I'm fairly new to the hobby and they've always been patient in answering my questions, guiding me through everything, and encouraging me to do my research before purchasing. I'm especially into puffer fish and rainbow fish, and every fish I've brought home from here has been healthy and in great condition. Of course, as a buyer, it's also important to do your own due diligence--acclimating and quarantining properly really helps your fish settle in and thrive. What makes this store even better is that they offer special orders! If there's something specific you're looking for, talk to Evan--he's amazing! Super friendly and attentive, and he'll take great care of you and your order. Every visit is a great experience--the whole crew creates a welcoming, fun, and relaxed environment. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned aquarist, I highly recommend this place. They also carry a wide variety of amphibians, reptiles, tropical, and saltwater fish--definitely a well-rounded store for all things aquatic (and more!).

We paid $35 for bath, brush, nail trim, and sanitary area cleaning - it's included and she's a golden retriever so she had long tushy fur ;) We added a $15 nail grind because even just shortening her nails, they are still sharp. So glad we chose the grind, her nails are perfect! We received a text when she was ready and she looked great!

Today just two hours before my appointment, PetSmart calls to cancel because they are short staffed. After explaining my demanding work schedule, I asked if they would "squeeze" my dog's grooming in on my next day off. They quickly said "no." No effort was made to accommodate me, even after I explained I had been a customer for nearly 13+ years. I have spent thousands of dollars at PetSmart over the years; gladly paid for the grooming that shot up from $40 pre-pandemic, to now $80+. The least I expect is effort to accommodate a customer who has been loyal to PetSmart. I. Will. Never. Spend. My. Money. AR. PetSmart. Again.

Their selection of supplies is impressive, with everything from live food to cages and accessories for both new and existing enclosures. But what sets this place apart? They feature an excellent plant section with options that are perfect for including into the habitats. The owners are exceptionally knowledgeable about both plants and animals, and their dedication is evident. They're not just looking to make a sale--the well-being of their animals come first and would rather not have a sale than risk sending them to an unsuitable home. The store also has a great seating area crafted from a tree trunk, with beautiful paintings done by the owner. They even host children's reading events and story times there. If I were local, I'd be here every week! The store is immaculately clean, with a thoughtfully organized layout that lets you see everything easily. The team is incredibly friendly and takes the time to educate customers. Whether you're in the area or considering a reptile (or plant), this is the place to visit. The animals are not only unique but also exceptionally well cared for. You won't find a better selection of animals or supplies, and you definitely won't find a better staff to help you. Don't miss out--come by and check it out, even if it's just for a browse!
