From the WORST to the BEST customer service experience involving management:…read more As an individual who makes frequent purchases for the entire family from this location , I have had many interactions with the employees at this establishment. Unfortunately, I had recently experienced the WORST customer service from a member of management. The manager was reluctant to assist me -let alone his staff- with my situation. Not only was he completely dismissive, but he failed at fulfilling his duties as a manager by NOT resolving issues that arise in a professional and respectable manner, while keeping the best interest of the customer in mind. He either needs additional training in customer service and management skills, or he shouldn't be part of the management team, especially if he can not handle customer interactions and leaves conflicts for employees to resolve. That kind of behaviour from a member of management can seriously taint the image of your business, damage employee engagement. That is a problem that requires attention and needs correction. HOWEVER, I also had the BEST experience with the manager, Christie, who had not only completely defused the situation, but resolved it through a phone call in a matter of minutes. She was empathetic and professional, and managed to save a loyal customer from boycotting the entire establishment. I will literally go out of my way to deal with Christie should any issues arise in the future. I suggest anyone who has had a poor experience there, give it the benefit of the doubt because there is good management and even employees who WILL do everything they can to meet your satisfaction. Eventually, the ones that hinder the management team will disappear, as they always do.

And I do live in the U.S. and have only purchased from B.C. Canada a few times over years. I paid for one bottle of a supplement (Dr. Murray) that was unavailable for a very long time from iherb.com and that I had been purchasing for many years each month. This purchase was September of 2024! I contacted via email more than two times and actually received a phone call/voice mail stating they would issue the refund when I still did not have the product two months out (late October 2024). I received an email from their mail processor for U.S. bound deliveries and submitted the information requested and thereafter NOTHING, even contacting NN.ca again and receiving zero response. I even had the USPS check into my package and was informed they could do nothing and had my family member in NYC check into the matter, also unable to get help. You cannot be a great company when there is ZERO customer service response to matters concerning what you sell. National Nutrition is substandard and does not even deserve the 1 star. And FYI, this isn't about tariffs or who is in office (I have my opinions about that), but about product and customer service.
