Even though there wasn't any extra items added on or anything, they tried to charge me more for the part than they originally told me. They tried to charge me $60 for the part instead of 20. The work was decent but just the whole experience was rougher than it should be. I'm a person that checks my bill and I don't appreciate it being like 30 dollars more randomly when it's not expected. Long story short, the work was decent, but I was charged more than I was originally quoted, and they tried to upsell me twice. The chain is not skipping like they indicated it might currently. Maybe It will later, but I don't believe the parts needed to be replaced yet.

So I am forced to leave the store to use the "nearest" washroom at Tim Horton's, and when I return, I would have to wait in that same lineup for another 45 minutes!!!
