I had used YLS for over a year and over the past 3 months I noticed a drop in their service. They…read moreused my materials, were consistently late, spoken to rudely, and did not clean the full space. The final straw was when the cleaners rescheduled due to being sick, and on the agreed upon rescheduled date, abruptly left without notifying us because no one opened the door. We have phone messages showing they did not let us know they were at the entrance. We attempted to get in touch with them, were rudely told to speak to customer service. Upon calling customer service, the cleaner picked up, realized it was us, and quickly hung up. We called again later, and her partner picked up. He fed us lies about how they will reschedule, hung up and ghosted us. Finally, we received an email today ending all services, and that they will keep our money. They are not to be trusted, and their service has become horrible. I do not recommend them to anyone who values their home and their money.

The doors don't close because they weren't shaved on the bottom. The whole job was so unprofessional that I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. My disappointment was Mike, who I thought was a kind spirited person, but he was only an acting manager and blamed all stalling on the owners. Robert was also involved in this scam, but made it look like he was legit. Very poor management and this company does not deserve to be given even 1 star for their services. Scammers are everywhere and I was dooped by the best in the scamming business. What goes around comes around guys, remember that !

Came back this year in 2022 as a RETURNING CUSTOMER, reached out to Ellen again via email in OCTOBER, actually forwarding the previous years email since it had the inventory of items. I told here I had all the same items plus some additional new ones and wanted to know price and appointment availability. She said same price as last year and can make appointment for Dec 2. Day of Niko reaches out saying he is running late to our 2pm appointment and said it would be 3-3:30 when he'd arrive. I said no problem and told him I may not be home in time as I was flying back from a work trip but my wife was home with our sick toddler. Once they arrive they begin removing the covers and as my wife comes out to great them they said there will be an additional charge because of the # of items. They begin going back and forth with my wife. I forward my emails from Ellen as proof of price. They insisted on charging an additional $175 on top of the $300 we were quoted via email by Ellen to wrap our patio furniture. We even offered an additional $100 out of good faith which they REFUSED even tho they are the ones who messed up! They would not admit they were at fault and honor their quoted price. I even reached out to Ellen via email as I was boarding my flight and was given a story now they she does just appointments and not the quoting as that's another "department" which is clearly BS! Niko again said they were nothing he could do and they simply left leaving all our patio furniture uncovered and moved around. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF A RETURNING CUSTOMER. Total bait and switch of service pricing and flat out refusing to work with us even after we offered an additional $100 out of the $175 they wanted to charge. DO NOT USE YARDWRAP! Other providers are out there

They were able to get me scheduled in good time, and once scheduled they arrived on time, did the work quickly and well, were all very careful about taking great care of my property, cleaned up everything after they finished, and left my property looking very nice. In addition, all of the questions I asked were answered well, and with very clear explanations. I will be happy to use them again when needed.

Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I tried giving one last chance before writing this review but I am done waiting and will no longer recommend them due to everything transpiring.
