First of all, the ambiance and decor of the restaurant is very nice, just like the rest of the hotel. You can see the kitchen in the restaurant and can choose to sit and watch. Every detail in the presentation of the food was well thought out. The service was wonderful. Most of all though, the food was incredible! Definitely some of the best food I had in Spain.
