Mushroom and eggplant ravioli - big chunks of a variety of mushrooms. This was a hearty dish and filled with umami flavor. The pasta was al dente. Loved my starter
Duck leg - did not need a knife for this because it was so tender. Served with a raspberry and ? Sauce. The sauce is not needed because I did not eat the skin but either way very fresh. Wished the skin was rendered more so that it was crispy but the meat was tender and flavorful
Pork steak strips - good flavor but too much fat on the pork. Not my style. Could not enjoy it but otherwise it was cooked perfectly. If I was not eating fat the meat itself was perfect
Chocolate cake with lemon sorbet - molten cake with lemon sorbet and chocolate poprocks . Lemon and chocolate don't go together and yet it does at the same time. The lemon helps cut into the richness of the fudgey cake. To be honest I could not savor this one due to a time crunch. But from my quick bites it was a good dessert. read more
