When we brought this to their attention, Nick asked for additional payment to return and finish the job. We were also charged for removing all the tree's cured branches, but many of the cut branches were left behind and not cleaned up as agreed. We had planned to hire them for the second phase of our yard project, but after seeing the quality of their work, we've decided not to move forward. One of our neighbors was also considering them--but after hearing our experience, they've lost that business too. We do not recommend them at all.

I was quite particular about how I wanted the trees trimmed, so probably more difficult to please than most clients. In fact, he had even confirmed I had no lawn and provided me with an estimate for reseeding which I never got done by him. When I later cancelled his lawn cutting services he phoned me about his alleged outstanding invoice for services not provided and started yelling at the top of his lungs when I pointed out to him I had no lawn for him to cut. When I couldn't get him to stop yelling I had to hang up and he promptly sent me this email: "I don't appreciate being hung up on you fucking bitch. Take the money you owed me and shove up your fucking ass!" I was so put off by his violent temper that I even made a visit to the local RCMP to find out what to do about him. Needless to say, he may be a gardener but he certainly is not a gentlemen in my opinion!
