We spoke to both Treemart salespeople and installers for advice on which tree to get. Spent 45 minutes looking at options for our very sunny backyard. We ultimately decided on a Japanese blueberry tree for the shade (canopy potential), evergreen leaves, and root growth. Pete Rivera installed the tree and gave specific instructions on how to care for the tree for the first year. He was efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Treemart was offering 20% off for October 2025. The savings made the tree a good value. While you may find some of the trees they carry at Home Depot, the quality and caregiving at Treemart is superior. read more

The delivery was late when called to ask were is plants I was hung up on. So I drove to the store and asked where's my delivery I want a refund if you can't produce the product I paid for some young girl named Sarah was so disrespectful to me. She told me to leave. I can't believe I paid $2000 for plants to be installed at my home and cop the attitude with me why my delivery was three hours late I will never shop at that store again the employees are extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and not knowledgeable. read more

I was a little worried about the customer service since I had read the reviews BUT I am very happy with the customer service we received!!!! Linda was great and very knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of plants and trees! They all look very healthy as well. We bought a foxtail palm and 11 other plants and palms and we only paid a little over $200 for it all which was great! We will definitely go back and once we get the plants in I will add more pictures. read more

SHADY PRACTICES!!! We went here to purchase plants to replace some that would be planted behind mature landscaping. We hand picked the plants because we needed the taller plants and had them tagged by the salesman with black and yellow tape. We paid in full for the plants that day. What they delivered were not the plants we had selected but much shorter and subpar plants and only 9 plants were delivered instead of the 11 we had paid for. I called and was told those plants were sold to someone else because the delivery was scheduled for a week out. They resold the plants that I had already paid for and sent me plants that I would not have bought. The owner came on the phone and was out of control. He yelled at me to stop talking because he wanted to be clear. He told me that if I wanted specific plants that I should have taken them with me that day. This obviously was not told to me when I was there paying for the plants. He refused to take the plants back and told me "I don't have time to babysit you and don't come back." It is unbelievable this place is still in business. It used to be a great place but changed ownership a couple of years ago so maybe they will be out of business soon. read more

I couldn't be happier. Strolled around Tree Mart and found some amazing palm trees. Ended up purchasing a Canary Date palm. The installation was flawless. Great people to do business with. Luke helped set everything up. Kevin came out to do the install. Like I said, I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend for some amazing trees! read more

I went to Tree Mart 8 weeks ago. Spent 20 minutes looking for someone to help then had to go inside and wait another 20 minutes to find someone. I Provided a survey of my large back yard and was taken to look at a few trees etc but not given a lot of info about them so I'm sivery glad I'd done my research since I was ready to drop up to $40k on landscaping. Then the owner said he would call to arrange a quote and recommendations the following week. I've heard nothing. Not a darn thing, even after leaving two messages. So taking my business elsewhere. Have been to Treemart multiple times, spent a lot of money there-thousands of dollars$$$. Was quoted a number to have a palm delivered and installed on a Friday. Went back the following Monday and was given a price that was double!!! I asked the person I was working with multiple times to reconfirm the number and he did, so there was no confusion. Nothing worse than a business not standing by their word or quoted price. They didn't seem to care so wont be going back. read more

I am having a large tree removed from my back yard because it is dying. The company that came out to give me an estimate suggested that I go to Treemart as they would be able to suggest what tree would be best for my needs. I went there today but sadly when I said, I didn't want a fruit tree or anything that would grow too tall for me to maintain, what would he recommend- he rudely stated that how did he know what I wanted and that he wasn't going to do my landscaping for me. Having been in retail sales for 35 years I was shocked by his answer. As a result my suggestion is not to go here if you need any help. You might as well go to Home Depot. read more

Worst experience ever! We purchased a flower pot yesterday to replace one that got broken during a job. The flower pot was too small so we took it back this morning to return and they charged us a 10% refund shelving fee. The flower pot was unused and we did not even have it for 24 hours. We are a fellow tree service so not only have we done business with Treemart for quite a few years now, but we have also referred them a lot of work throughout these years. I needed to replace a very large tree in front of our house, to match an existing tree. After dealing with two other companies for three months, who failed to be able to find an appropriate tree, I contacted Treemart. Within one week, my tree was found (in Homestead), delivered and planted. The size and shape of my new double foxtail palm is perfect. Been to Treemart several times. There is zero customer service. I walked around for quite some. No one asked if I needed help and there is never anyone outside to ask for help. Worst thing is that most of the plants are not labeled or the label has faded so badly that it cannot be read. Will not be going back. Waste of my time. read more

You need trees? This is THE place to get them. If they don't have it, they'll get it. I've used them as a wholesale vendor in the past (my family has landscaping companies) but they do a great job at retail trade as well. They have a huge tree farm out in Pasco where they grow a lot of what they sell, so even if its not here, you can still get it. Plus, they are nice people. Thats important. read more

Extremely disappointed in Treemart. We live in Clermont and could not find 2 15 gallon trees that normally come in 30 gallon. We called around on 2/24 and found that Treemart would order them. I placed an order on Thursday 2/25 and was told that they would be in the end of the following week. I called in the afternoon of Friday 3/5 and asked if I knew Whe I ordered from - I said no and was told the trees were in. I also reiterated that we were coming from Clermont which is about a 2 hour drive and to please hold them for us. Of course, to me it shouldn't matter who took the order as it should be under our name and if delivered, there should be on their order delivery sheet the two trees that we ordered. We drove from Clermont to Treemart and arrived around 1. My husband went in and they could not find the tree and needed to know who placed the order! My husband and their representative drove to several places where they stored personal orders. No trees. They tried getting ahold of two people that were off without any success. Then we were told from a salesperson that someone claiming they were us took the trees! No one knew we ordered the trees from there! We left and I called and spoke to the manager and was told that they were unable to get ahold of two people that were off and he would solve what happened. We told him that we were still in Tampa up the road from Treemart and he indicated that he would not be able to find out what happened and it would not be immediate. We told him to forget about it - we were on the road about 5 hours today and have no trees! Would not recommend this place at all. It appears that they have no ordering system nor an inventory system or receipt of delivery system. Even if not computerized, one would think that they would have a better manual record system. read more

I went to tree mart for the first time this week. The young man who helped was very knowledgeable and drove me around on his golf cart looking at their plants and trees. They have everything. I got some great topicals for great prices. I'm going back for more. read more

They don't have a money back guarantee. We purchase $200 worth of bushes and they died within two weeks. We followed the planting instructions and I've done gardening all my life. When I went back to the place they said there was nothing they could do. I went to The Home Depot and bought the same plants and they are thriving. I don't recommend Treemart. read more

Stopped by on 3 Aug 2013, told a young employee "I'm looking for small hardwood trees and shrubs for bonsai." She answered "I don't know nothing about trees. I only work here on the weekends." I went out back by my self and found a Ginko tree. I asked an adult employee "What's the price for the Ginko tree?" "I don't know nothing about trees." Strange that this place sales trees but no one knows nothing about trees I commented. The lady took me to ask the tree expert. I asked him "I'm interested in the price for the Ginko tree." "We don't sale Ginko trees." He answered in a rude manner. By this time I'm fed up so I tell the less than nice tree expert. "Okay since you don't have a Ginko tree, how about if you help me throw the Ginko tree that's not here over the fence and I will get rid of it for you." I walk towards the tree and showed it to Mr. Tree Expert and he said "Well I guess we do have a Ginko tree. It must have come in in a shipment by mistake." I went ahead and ask Mr. Tree Expert, "Can we put a price to the Ginko tree that's not here?" He was close to me but decided to ignore me and address another worker. "You can call and ask how much they will sell it for but I think that they will say $65." My top blew off and I told Mr. Tree Expert, "That's a lot of money for a tree that's not here." and walked away. I will not recommend this business to anybody. read more
