JD quickly figured out our tastes and helped us narrow our search, and when we went to see houses he would look around himself to make sure and point out any little things (good or bad) that we may have missed. We ended up going after a short sale, and he was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He was there for the inspection, the closing, and a couple times afterward just to see how we were getting along with our renovations and moving. There were times where things definitely got stressful and even a little scary, but because of JD and Rock Bottom we never felt like we were alone! After the whole experience, I wouldn't even consider ever going with anyone else - can't wait til I can go back and tell them we're ready for an upgrade!

March 2025 I have lived here for 1 year and 5 months. I received a letter that someone moved in…read morethat is a registered sex offender and had charges related to a minor. I have had to put in 8 maintenance request since living here. It took them 4 weeks to fix my kitchen faucet. Rent is on the cheaper side but they will get you with a ton of fees. Utilities are billed through complex and are expensive. The A/C and the heat are controlled by the complex. The gym is only open when the office is open which is M-F 11am-5pm. When I signed my lease, I was told pest control was included in the rent however 9 months into my lease they got new management and there is now a $15 fee for pest control and the pest have gotten worse. I've seen over 5 cockroaches in my apartment this month alone. The unit next to mine had bedbugs and when tenant moved out, the complex had people coming in and out doing renovations and it was only until another tenant threaten to call the city did they bomb the unit. The other tenant and I had both informed the complex prior that that unit had bedbugs. Parking is horrible and you have to pay extra if you want an assigned parking spot. They were doing repairs on the parking lot and sent out an email of where to park during these repairs with the incorrect information and then towed my car off property when it was in the wrong spot. Mark, the property manager even stated that it was the complex fault however in order to get the car back the tow company is going to charge a fee and the complex will not pay for that. Mark is also arrogant, immature, unprofessional, and rude. The laundry card is $20 plus the cost of the washer and dryer. The water is turned off every other day, sometimes overnight. There are a lot of issues with the water and it will cause your water bill to be high. There is also a slight orange tint to the water and some days there is no hot water at all. I can hear my neighbors fighting and their music almost every morning at 6am. I have had to call the police 3x bc of domestic violence once which involved a gun. The walkway upstairs needed to be replaced bc the wood was so rotten that your foot would go through the board. They only replaced the top boards and the underneath wood is still rotten. They also left rusty nails and screws all around. People do not clean up after their pets and you will step on dog poop if you don't pay attention. The pool gets gross fast and they will close it for days at a time to clean it.
