Excellent work!…read more Everyone over at Athens Tree Service was great, with a special shout-out to Scott for initial estimate and Peter for the day-of trimming guidance! I had two large oak trees and a crape myrtle trimmed, and they did the job in a half day with immaculate results, as well as cleaning up all leftover debris, etc! I would never recommend another tree care service.

We consider ourselves fortunate for -never- having engaged this 'company' to do anything on our…read morebehalf. It would be "zero" stars if such a rating were possible. Over two years, a couple of neighbors commissioned their 'services'. And while working for them, "Trim All Tree Service" broke something on my property. Twice. And when my property got broken, they didn't come to knock on my door to notify me. I witnessed one "accident" (and waited ... ) and a neighbor reported the other "accident". In neither case did "Trim All Tree Service" voluntarily come to me as an act of integrity. They only "owned up" after they were caught. Worse, my idea of a fix or repair wasn't their idea. In both cases, "their" fix managed to push resolution back on me. In one of the two events, I told them I wanted my broken property back; that it wasn't their property to take. They did not return it as I asked. They said they would but did not. Perhaps it was because none of them spoke English, or more likely that's just how they do things. Not much point mentioning how they freely used yet another neighbor's property to perform their work, without permission. My observations concern only what they did and how they did it. To summarize: "Trim All Tree Services" was destructive to my property on two occasions. They did not adequately remedy their carelessness. Their attitude afterwards lacked meaningful integrity. Overall, I characterize their actions and behavior as "sloppy", "duplicitous" and "damaging". Should this company be the last remaining tree cutting company in South Carolina, I would not engage them under any circumstances whatsoever.

Called several tree services, Douglas Tree LLC was the first to actually show up for an estimate. We agreed to exactly what job we wanted done - cut the fallen trees, stand up the large trunk stumps, no hauling off etc. Agreed to a fair price, and we hired them. They initially had a couple of equipment issues, but were diligent about contact and after several trips - it did take them a few more days than expected, rain, equipment etc - but they did exactly what we wanted done at a fair price, no price gouging.... We highly recommend them, but it may take some patience... Ted C.
