Jonathan and his team of highly qualified arborist do it all from complete removal in the most difficult locations to delicately trimming specific branches to achieve your desired look. You can tell by the equipment and processes that they use these guys know what they are doing and do it with very minimal invasion to your property. Clean up is always superb! When they are done you would not even know that that there where there at all. My yard contains many large oak, hickory and poplar trees. When I first moved into the house, I had other tree companies doing work for me. After I was introduced to Seasoned Tree Care no other company has been back since. For my ongoing needs Jonathan and his crew are only ones I trust to do it the right way the first time at a fair price.

This is a follow up to my previous review on 11/9/24. Mr…read more Durgan, your departure was abrupt while I was working with the Spectrum tech having my internet cable restored that you had severed. When you told me you e-mailed me the final invoice for the project, I told you I could not review it at that time. You insisted you had bills to pay and needed the remaining balance immediately. At a glance I did notice that you had only given me credit for $12,000 previously paid when in reality it was $14,000. You gave no explanation but did make the change. If I had had the time to review, I would have noted that you charged me for YOUR mistakes and redos to try to make the water feature operate properly. It was very clear after 6 weeks that you were way over your head. You did not have the resources or the skill set for this project. If I was happy when you left it was because I would not be having someone run over my sprinkler heads, take out my irrigation piping, sever internet cable, run your equipment into my brand new fence and drip oil all over my driveway. You have got to be kidding if you think I want you to come back for further damage to my property!

Their arborist came by, and I really appreciated that he actually knew what he was talking about. He checked it out and explained that the tree was diseased and really needed to come out before it spread to the other trees in my yard. I honestly wouldn't have known that on my own, so I was grateful he caught it. He gave me a very reasonable price to remove it, took care of the stump, and the whole area was cleaned up nicely when they were done. I was able to throw some grass seed down, and it wasn't long before it looked like the tree was never even there. I'm glad they got it out before it made my other trees sick, and I appreciated how straightforward and professional they were. I'd definitely use them again.

Kevin, the owner, gave us a written estimate and was very professional. The work was scheduled within a few days, but unfortunately it was pouring rain that day. They are good! And no debris left on the lawn. A full day's work and everything went smoothly. Reasonable pricing up front. Kevin is an horticulturist and knows his stuff. This is the second time we have hired American Advance Tree and we highly recommend the company.
