A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed. They charged a great deal of money and were completely paid.

Autumn responded to us via email and set up a time where she could come out and look the trees. She quickly gave us a quote for the work. After reviewing the quote we had the thought "well if there are already here, let's see what it would cost to also have this tree taken care of". So I emailed Autumn and asked for her to let us know what it would cost for the additional work. We received a revised quote with the additional work and proceeded to have it done. Autumn advised her to call 811 to have the utilities located for the crews. After having that done she came out to take photos for the crews and gave us the all-clear. One the date was set we were all good. Of course, I had some more questions so I emailed Autumn, she got me the answers I needed. She was always very friendly and patient, even with all my questions. Fast Forward to the big day. The crew was set to arrive at 8:00 AM. They were there ready to start work at 7:45 AM. Before starting the work the crew lead went over the work to be done with me. We watched them a couple of times while they were working and it was fascinating. I figured they would have had to go onto the neighbor's property to cut down the tree between the houses, but the gentleman cutting the tree did so with such precision that was not necessary.
