Very responsive to needs, great communication. They were just wonderful to work with. Very caring about my property and clearly knew what they were doing. After digging to get access to the leak(s) he showed me the problem and we discussed the options. After 27 years it rapidly became obvious that rebuilding the manifold/valve part of the system with new materials would be the best long term solution. He replaced all of the original (6) valves with new Rainbird PGA valves and new piping. After getting the wiring to the solenoids finished it was time to test and everything is leak free and working perfectly! His pricing is very fair and he was open and honest in his assements and recommendations. We contacted Blands Tree Services to trim a tall palm tree in Davenport. They showed up promptly on the scheduled day and time, worked quickly and did a professional job. They cleaned up all the trimmed fronds and were very polite and charged a very reasonable price. We could not be happier. Would highly recommend. M.R. read more
