They do such a great job supporting children's natural curiosity while also teaching independence, responsibility and important life skills. I've been so impressed with how's much my kids have learned and how's much fun they have! They love their teachers, they do so many fun activities and never seem to get bored. I'm also impressed with how often the activities in the room change, and all the cool arts projects they bring home! Applying strict rules to everything restricts kids imagination but that doesn't mean that they are not given structure. As far as I've seen, they keep the kids active during the summer, and whenever weather permits during the winter. I like that they don't have TV and their playground is great. They are right across from a park so they go there during the summer sometimes. The only thing Im not too happy about is when I've called to let them know about something, I feel like i'm always rushed by the person at the other end.

When attempting to have a conversation they or she will attempt to talk over you. I eventually had to be rude and talk over her in order to get my part said. A child was inappropriate towards my child multiple times and nothing happened with that child. She was "talked" to but the behavior continued until I sent a firm message that it was unacceptable and just because her mother worked there did not make it anymore acceptable. My child was naughty and placed on a strike system. He was given 2 strikes out the gate. One for the current behavior and one for the previous day. I do believe he should have been put on a strike system but he should of started at one not 2. After which they found every reason possible to give him his 3rd strike and kick him out. I told them that I felt they were targeting him and got no response. My son has been kicked out of this daycare and even though it has been difficult, I believe it is a blessing in disguise. He has gone to this daycare since August 2024 without any problems and as soon as there was one he was out ASAP. But keep in mind the other child that was naughty towards my son is still in this daycare because mom works there. For the summer I asked what activities they would be doing and I got a run down of what to expect. I did not see any evidence of any of these things happening. But then get told we can't make the kids do an activity. And I was not informed that he was not participating. Overall, I would not send my child here again if I had to do it all over again. "IDLE HANDS ARE THE DEVILS WORKSHOP" if you don't keep kids busy and engaged they will find stuff themselves.

We have loved Primrose since the beginning. The owner, staff, and teachers have always had the best interest of the kids at heart. We, as parents, have full faith in the care our children receive during the day. This gives us the peace we need to focus on our careers. Any "issues" we have had along the way, have been professionally handled by all. Our kids love their teachers and the teachers have so much care and love for our babies. They have an exercise area and weight room. The exercise area has treadmills, ellipticals, and plenty of other exercise machines that have TVs. Also on the main floor the Y has a one basketball court size gym, three racquetball courts, and an aerobics room. On the second floor they have a karate room, swimming pool, and locker rooms. The swimming pool is decent sized and has a lot of lanes. The locker rooms have showers and a sauna.
