He went over each item with me and informed me of the benefits and problems involved, giving me great advice throughout the free estimate/consultation visit. Scheduling the work was handled via text and AJ was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. When the foreman and crew came out to do the work, they were all just as polite, friendly, and professional. They used a bucket truck to reach the tallest areas on both trees, consulting with us often to ensure they did what we wanted. We requested they lift the canopy higher, but gave them all other discretion in trimming the rest of the trees. We had a LARGE cottonwood in the back yard that had to come down before it crushed our house or the…read moreneighbor's house. AJ came and gave us an estimate for removing two trees (we had an elm that was in the way and needed to go too) and grinding the stump. Removal of the cottonwood required the use of a crane to lift is over the house (did I say it was HUGE?). The A-Class team took down all the larger limbs and then took out three large chunks (one over 5,000 lbs) of the main trunk. They cleaned up all the debris and left the yard in good condition as well. My wife is very sentimental and wanted slices of the tree to use for tables; AJ arranged for us to get three thick slices that I can fashion into a table.
