Called about 430p on a Friday: He took the call even though it was late; arrived Saturday morning to survey the job and quote; and came back out Monday morning to complete the job. Job completed and no trace of the uprooted tree. He even trimmed another tree he noticed needed some attention. (And he offered alternatives that were less expensive if I didn't want to completely remove the tree.) Great job. Great company. Fair price. We used Family Tree Service several years ago to take down some diseased Oak trees. They did a…read morefabulous job, even handed me a squirrel nest with 3 babies in it. Luckily, momma came back for them. There was no damage to my yard as the guys were tree climbers! Loved watching them at work, they cleaned up after themselves too. Fast forward to today, we had six dwarf palm trees that didn't survive this winter and so we had to remove them. I called Elbert, remembering we had used him before, and he came out the next day and gave us a reasonable estimate. The following day, his guys were here at 8:30 doing their thing. They did a fantastic job cutting the trunks, and then grinding down the root ball. It took less than an hour. His son, Hunter, then advised us not to plant anything in that area for at least a month.
