Jeremy of Baker Tree Service cut and removed a tree from my property that had become uprooted with heavy rains. Jeremy's customer service, attitude and attention to detail were great! Called about 430p on a Friday: He took the call even though it was late; arrived Saturday morning to survey the job and quote; and came back out Monday morning to complete the job. Job completed and no trace of the uprooted tree. He even trimmed another tree he noticed needed some attention. (And he offered alternatives that were less expensive if I didn't want to completely remove the tree.) Great job. Great company. Fair price. The men cut the trees fine but in the process, caused one telephone wire to droop from the pole to the house. It is so low that someone could strangle themselves on the line. After numerous texts messages back and forth, Jeremy has never come to tighten the telephone line. It's too high for me to get to and I don't know the solution. read more

Bid $175 to remove/grind stump. When we went to clean up the grindings most of the stump was still there. He was called, said he'd come back BUT he asked me to give him a $75 tip to return! I told him perhaps when the job was done he'd get a tip. He then told me the teeth broke on his machine and he'd be there in a few days. Then he said he fled the city for Missouri because of corona virus. My pool steps and deck had to be put in in a different place because he never did come back! I would definitely recommend Baker's Tree Service to anyone. Jeremie was very responsive to my initial inquiry for a quote. After agreeing to the price Jeremie didn't waste any time getting to the task of cutting down my tall Magnolia tree. You could tell he was an expert at what he was doing - including being careful of cars coming down the road, the neighbors yard, etc. Once the tee was cut down there was a very large pile of debris and I was concerned at first about the cleanup but when I came home from work at the end of the day after they finished the cleanup I was VERY impressed with what a good job they did. They even moved a large pile of debris that I had accumulated from working the the yard to be included in his clean up. I hired Bakers Tree Service to trim two trees and one highly overgrown bush in my backyard. They did a fantastic job!! Jeremie was so nice and even figured out how to trim my trees away from my house but still leave enough branches to have shade. He gave me an estimate on Friday and was able to complete the job at the start of the next week. They took care to not damage other trees or buildings on my property and cleaned up every stray branch and leaf in the yard. Also, the price couldn't be beat!
