Mark came over, looked at the unit briefly, and told me it needed to be completely replaced, quoting nearly $2,000. He also charged me $200 for that estimate, which turned out to be completely wrong. It was so hot inside my trailer that I couldn't fall asleep until midnight, that's when it finally cooled down enough. I spent the entire day and night in miserable heat, all because Mark couldn't fix a basic issue. The next day, I got a second opinion. The problem was minor, and the A/C was fully repaired for just $250. It's worked perfectly ever since. To make matters worse, I later checked their Google Business page, and it says they're "Permanently Closed." So either they're operating without properly updating their business status, or something shady is going on. Whether it was incompetence or an attempt to take advantage, this was a terrible experience. Avoid MMF RV & Trailer Services, especially Mark if you want honest, reliable, and competent work. Don't make the same mistake I did.

When they were de-winterizing my trailer for me they found that another RV dealership had plumbed my water heater incorrectly. They fixed the problem and didn't charge me since they were already in there to de-winterize. Every time I go to EZ RV I'm treated with so much kindness.
