She has a receipt, a picture of the receipt and the messages as proof. Most of their communication was done through text messages. In those messages, she was told multiple times that she would receive a refund. However, after she informed them that she had paid in cash, her number was blocked and communication stopped completely. She made several attempts to resolve the situation before that, but once she mentioned the cash payment, she was no longer able to reach them. She did not receive the services she paid for, nor did she receive the promised refund. This situation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on her experience, I would strongly encourage others to get detailed written agreements and be cautious about paying large amounts upfront, especially in cash.

I actually found this company on Groupon because most tint shops were over priced and/or would not accept cards. ( who does that? ) Anyway, I did my research, called them and set up an appointment for two days later since I was leaving town the day after my appointment. I arrived at my designated time and was immediately helped. The gentleman at the front desk recalled me calling to schedule and already knew what I needed, it was nice. I waited about an hour and fifteen minutes ( which is super quick ) and they got me! I checked out with my remaining balance since I went a little darker than state limits ( I know, what a rebel. ) and went to check out my windows. As expected I inspected very closely considering I actually live all the way in VA and can't easily make it back there to fix any issues that were pre existing. I found a very small scratch in the tint and brought it to their attention. They apologized, and said they'd fix it right then and there. They took my ole boy away and he came back with the new tint and it look even better than before! They really won me over with their customer service and over all just willingness to make sure the job was to my satisfaction. So, I decided to let them tint my current car, but the tint job was not up to par. There are wrinkles, air bubbles, and the edges of the side windows are not smooth. It doesn't even look like they cleaned my windows throughly before applying the tint! I called to inform them of my displeasure and his exact words were "I don't know what to tell you." How fitting, crappy customer service to accompany their crappy tint job!!! Save your time and money. They aren't worth the frustration!
