I will definitely go back to sell either gold or silver metal.

The salesman i work with is quite thorough in offering explanations on the quality of the jewelry they sell. He tells me of items to not invest in. As I do yearly I take my pieces in for both cleaning and inspection. My pieces are always warranted as long as I don't let any other jeweler tamper with them. Like most places this store is high end but payment plans can be arranged if you are interested in making a special purchase. There are many other wholesale jewelry stores in the Clark Building which is currently under renovation. I don't mind coming here once a year to make sure my rings are in good condition and can be confident when I wear them.

*******DONT GO HERE IF YOU EVEN REMOTELY CARE ABOUT YOUR JEWELRY. ********…read moreI brought my engagement here 3 weeks ago to have the band fixed and at least a dozen stones replaced. The first week went by with nothing, so we called. He said the stones were a weird size so he had to order different ones, and it would be ready the following Thursday. That Thursday came around and still 0 COMMUNICATION. We called in again, to hear the same thing. That the stones they ordered were not the right size and they would keep in touch. No word AGAIN so we stopped by on Wednesday to see if it was going to be ready for the next day. They said yes and to come get it tomorrow (today). After 3 weeks of being in their hands, I figured it was going to be perfect. ABSOLUTELY NOT. He DESTROYED my engagement ring. The stones do not match at all, bumpy, THE RING IS CROOKED and bent on the inside. It's the WORST job I've ever seen. We walked right back in and got our money back. But he still didn't admit to his mistakes. Said my ring was a "nightmare" and told my fiance when he was ready to come buy a new ring to come to him. WTF. Now, my engagement ring is absolutely destroyed. I honestly can't believe this. If he KNEW it was not going to turn out right, THEN WHY EVEN ATTEMPT IT? DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR JEWERLY. HE WILL DESTROY IT.

My husband first went to Dean Diamond 13 years ago to find an engagement ring for me. He didn't…read morewant something everyone else had, Allen helped him actually design one for me. He was patient and very helpful through the whole process and they designed the most beautiful diamond in diamond I have ever seen. Unfortunately a flaw in the design from the company was they didn't have a way to secure the inside diamond in so just a few months in it did fall out. Dean Diamond replaced it with a brand new one, well the same thing happened. That is when we decided to just go with a solid black diamond so I didn't have to worry about it. Allan actually brought in 3 different stones and let me pick the one I wanted. All of this was no charge! Fast forward 12 years later my husband and I go back to get me an anniversary ring, once again it can't be anything anyone else has. He picked out the most perfect one, of course once again a flaw in the design didn't give enough area to hold the diamond so it fell out. We took it back to them, Allen sent it in to the company who then literally redesigned the ring (even for future sales) to have more gold around the diamond to better hold it in. Again, no charge to us!! All this being said I wanted to show this is one of the best places for jewlery, they are honest and the product and companies behind the product are great! I definately feel the value is there as we had both my rings appraised elsewhere for insurance purposes and they both came back way above what we paid. I highy recommend Allan at Dean Diamond in Greensburg Pa. to everyone!
