When you call the salesman rarely returns calls he prefers to res thru email. Once order was placed it was filled correctly. I asked for a few replacements not the entire order and it took over a month thru constant reaching out to salesman. Salesman never returns calls or emails. Never had any problems with the company orders until now. I usually don't like to do reviews. But this was a long drawn out experience and they do such good work that I hate to stop doing business with them. I hope that they do better communication in the future. But, again they do excellent work just bad communicatio.

Both were on sale at great prices, and I was surprised and happy that I had enough loyalty points to save ten bucks! I had already been to JC Penney, Belk and Foot Locker in this mall, searching for a pair of athletic shoes! They were all either out of my size or overpriced. I can't believe She Show had a pair of Pumas available at such a fabulous deal ($59.99!) The winter boots are beautiful and SO comfy - it felt like I stuck my feet inside a cloud. They're very warm, comfortable to walk in and priced at only $34.99! A similar, much less comfortable pair at Belk was ON SALE for $90, so skip the department stores and shop here instead! I was impressed by the selection of shoe styles and appreciate that almost all of them were available in every size. The shelves were very neat and organized, which isn't always the case at discount shoe stores due to the large customer turnover. It can be tough to keep shoe stores neat and properly organized, so their staff must work extra hard! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to treat your feet!

And in addition I over heard the store manager tell one of her employees to "go help your cousins " referring to a group of customers with hijabs. She said this to her employee that also was wearing a hijab. I fjnd this disrespectful. As the employee stated I don't even know them.

Second Fling is right on the main road which makes it extremely convenient and easy to find when…read moregoing through town. They have a large variety of clothes from high dollar brands and the pricing is so fun- Everything is marked with an initial price and then after each month it is unsold goes down about 20% with the lower price also there on the tag. I found myself wishing I could move forward in time to get even better deals. There is also a large kid's section and a decent men's section which is unusual to find.

They indicate on their website availability of certain size levi pants. I order and pay for pants…read moreonly to get email from them indicating they don't have my size and I'll have to wait 10 days for my size pant(s) to come in. They also claim that pants are 13.75 cotton fabric weight. I finally get pants. Pants basically in cardboard box. Pants are not wrapped in additional protection such as plastic, paper, etc...just in a box. Also, no receipt indicating "You have received as requested 13.75 cotton weight fabric pants, etc...in other words, some detail about product. I did get sales receipts stating price, date of sale, etc. No sales name of employee, etc. Did receive a business card with their main number. I've been wearing 560 Levi comfort jeans for 10 years...and know the thin lighter fabric from the heavier fabric just on finger feel alone. There are definitely different weight classes in the 560 comfort levi pants. The pants I received were not the heavier fabric as promised or requested. Can't fool me. Also, why would they not include a hard copy detailing info on the pant received. No size info or quality of fabric such as weight as openly indicated on their website. Could it be that they would expose themselves by indicating with a hard copy that pants are a certain weight when in fact they are not? I intend to send the pants back and order from a Levi's main site.
