anyone saying this mall is amazing is delusional or paid for a good review, sure it's had its…read morebetter times but really let's be serious, tell me why you have 2 options in your food court probably only 1 soon and not only that but why leave the a/c broken for over a year on the side of the mall where your food court is where they have fryers and grills that add to the heat. 1/2 your mall has stores (you guessed it , the side that has a/c) when there's only 3 stores on the side that's hotter then the Texas heat. Stay on that side long enough and you're guaranteed to get a headache and be dehydrated. Don't get me started on the hole in the ceiling going towards Dillards if you want improvement in your mall then things should change. Idk but in any business I've worked at , if the a/c went out that was priority and not left on the back burner cause that'll end up being a liability and your warping floors in the food court that the heat has also caused that I've seen a few people trip on. I feel bad for anyone who has to work or walk/wait on the hotter side of the mall. Be better management and do something about that ac because it's ridiculous.

I really enjoy the palm trees that line Business 35 along the sidewalk of this shopping center. They really add to the coastal feel of this town. The signage is clear, and the place is well lit, and its right on the busiest street in town, across from the Super Wal-Mart. Right down Colorado Street is Rockport's newest water/skate park.

What happened to all the planters? Bummer! In spite of the changes for the worse, I still shop here: Dillard's, JC Penney's, and Best Buy to name a few. Recently, my mother and I ate at Casa Ole, a franchise a friend from church formerly owned. Not sure when they remodeled, but the new decor took some adjustment. Life happens, and things change. Don't let that deter you from shopping at the Victoria Mall.
