The store is clean and well cut like I said it just seems smaller and like in a weird order I can't explain. I do prefer the Santa Rosa one it's just busier and further away. I come here a lot to get pizzas for parties and for my daughter's school celebrations. The pizzas can't be beat for the price. Everyone in the food court is always nice and helpful only one time my pizzas weren't ready on time but it seemed like they were having some sort of difficulty that day in general all the other times have been a great experience.

Since I still had shopping to do, I asked if I could finish shopping instead of walking around the store with it. They directed me outside to find an orange push cart, which took some time. Keep in mind, I'm recovering from shoulder surgery. I asked if someone could help load it onto the cart and then into my truck. They said yes, but Axel was the only one who came out to help, and it was a pretty heavy piece. This is where Costco could learn from Best Buy. At Best Buy, they make it easy--they help get large purchases to your vehicle and load them up. Costco, great prices, but your customer service needs some work. Learn a thing or two from Best Buy!
