I randomly walked in off the street and they accepted me on a busy Saturday afternoon with open arms. The helped me with my grandmother's rings I inherited after she passed away. I chose not to sell them but instead have them sized to fit me. They took their time explaining my options and helping me with the best fit. They made me feel at ease and didn't rush me through the process. I brought all of her old paperwork from Meyer's jewelers from 37 years ago and the owner Terry was familiar with the people who sold my grandmother her rings back in the 80s. It was like something out of the time vault and the connection was made.
