When a peice of trim came completely loose and fell off about two weeks after work was complete, the gentleman I was in communication with argued with me about it being prior flooring (not possible since 100% of the flooring was replaced by them). I asked for it to be fixed and although there was pushback, he agreed to come take a look and fix the issue. After reaching out 3 times about scheduling, he stopped communicating with me and never showed. I had to hire someone else to repair the trim. However after being ignored by the company for nearly one month, when I posted a two star review on Google I was called and text messaged 20+ times by these gentleman. At first, they asked me to reconsider my review. I provided screenshots and said I stood by my review. Then, I received a harassing messages followed by another message the next day stating legal action would be taken against me if I didn't change or remove my review. Brad Langley then went to my business profile despite never being a customer and left me a one star review in retaliation for posting this review. This is just bad business ethics and frankly - it's bad manners. His response to my review stating his contact with me is flat lies as I have all of the screenshots. So while I still include that I was happy with the way the floor turned out, I cannot recommend this company to anyone at all

Unfortunately we LEARNED AN EXPENSIVE LE$$ON. Key points in this review *Appointment moved back a day because Elliott roofing had to move it. (24 hrs notice) *Crew late - appointment was for morning - showed up at 5 mins til 5pm. I called to confirm they were coming every hour after 12 noon. *Nails left in yard (My two toddlers in my backyard daily) *Shingles mismatched -Very noticable (see pictures) So at the end of the day did our roof get repaired.... Yes. Did it fix the leak...still to be determined as it hasn't rained. If it needs repaired again I will update this review. Sadly we used Elliott roofing after I trusted the words that the guy who inspected it (Hollis) and sold me on his company. I was sure we would get great service and a great job done. He explained that the shingles would be very close to where we wouldn't notice a difference in the shingles. However when the crew showed up and they argued about the shingles being the wrong color.... I don't speak great Spanish but I did catch that. -1 Star The nervous me started calling on the hour after noon struck and I hadn't heard or seen anything of a crew being late or even coming at all. Poor communication in my perspective. -1 Star Anyone reading this have small children? Imagine them going to play in the backyard only to discover a plethora of nails the crew left behind scattered around the patio/grass. Top Notch company that worked with us and our insurance company to fix our roof and our siding!…read more They came out and checked out my roof and I didn't have to do a thing- they contacted our insurance company and completed our roof and did a great job. The guys that did our siding also cleaned up their stuff and shingles that had blown into my yard. They left it better than they found it! I highly recommend this company!!
