I've heard some good comments about this place & it was my first time here just after Xmas this year. Fabulous welcome & greetings when we walked in. My starter was Mozzarella & tomatoes, which was nice as a starter but nothing special, the main course i ordered was chicken in chianti & pesto with roast potatoes & veg, the chicked was amazing & so were the potatoes! i really enjoyed this. Im not a dessert lover but managed a small piece of tiramisu which was awful to be honest as it was just far too sweet, but im certain that anyone with a very sweet tooth will love it! I found it rude & very annoying when the staff butted in asking us all on out table "individualy" if we wanted pepper & is everything ok? It's far better to just leave a small pepper pot on each table & leave guest to enjoy the meal,The evening was finished off by an really appaling DJ, honestly, im serious this guy was useless. He was actually insulting guests because they weren't dancing to his ridiculous choice of tracks that went from one extreme to another, it really did seem that he was just grabbed from the street as a stand in. To sumarise though, this restaurant is really nice as well as "most" of the staff & the food is very good. The Tre Fratelli is a quality restaurant but is seriously let down by their amatuer DJ to entertain guests. It's true to say that "quality & amateur" do not mix well at this Italian restaurant . My personal advice is go early & leave early then grab the entertainment elsewhere. Sorry but im only giving this 2 out of 5. read more
