Basically, I was to do all of the work of a job placement agency, but give Accel the credit. I found my own job, and neither contacted or heard from Accel again after that first meeting. Staff was very friendly upon first arrival and certainly did their best to make you feel comfortable. However, at least in my experience, they do not truly care to meet your best interest.

Many years ago Ms Hanson represented me and did an outstanding job. Over the last decade I have…read morereferred numerous friends to her. I don't know if she is aware that her employees frequently closed the office early and leave. Several times friends of mine have shown up at the office during regular business hours and with no notice it's closed up. Today my wife showed up at 1:55 p.m. it very clearly states on the door that on Fridays they are open until 3:00 p.m. knocked on the door rang the bell three times. No one answered. We decided to call the phone number and see if someone was even inside. An employee suddenly came out of the door and headed to her car and my wife asked her if they were open and she said no we're closed. My wife said I just need to drop some papers off and she was told to fax them. This is unacceptable. If your office hours are posted on your wall that's when you should be open. And you should be available to your clients during those hours. This was a simple drop off of paperwork. This kind of inconvenience makes it unlikely that I will ever recommend anyone to this Law Firm again.

From day one the staff and attorneys of Ramona Hanson's office have been as professional as you…read morecould ever expect, but beyond that they are committed entirely to the task at hand with a passion for thoroughness and an enthusiasm for total preparation. For me this concluded in a favorable result, something I would never have ever considered to be anything near a foregone conclusion, even with professional guidance and assistance. But Ramona's office did more than simply provide guidance, they did more than offer professional assistance, they immersed themselves in my history and condition in order to present my case in the most comprehensive manner possible, allowing for the possibility of a favorable ruling with little to no doubt.
