I have contacted RHT recruiters in NY and CT and I have realized that RHT is very serious and professional company.I have contacted other agencies, that I don't like mentioning the names here, but I haven't felt sure about them. All I can say is that the team at Robert Half have been nothing but awesome. I have worked several contracts with them now for over 3 years. My rep Hannah has always made sure that she always found contracts that would be the best fit for me. When a contract would end, They (as a collective team) would find something for me immediately. This was especially nice during the time I was having my first child. They knew I was expecting and made sure I had no down time. They really care whether or not that I'm happy. I am a consultant and I do a lot of work, both 1099 and W2. Robert Half always seems to be up to date on what's happening in the market. I work with nearly every agency in OKC, and Robert Half seems to have an aggregation of all of the information everybody else has. Other than companies who contract specifically with only one firm, Robert Half has the best set of data. Not only that, but their staff have never made me feel like a piece of paper. Even though most of my contracts end up being direct 1099, and many through other agencies, I always call Robert Half first. Calley Findley recently placed me into a great position, I did a contract not long ago through Lucas Watson, Joe Shelton seems to have huge connections, and Lauren Rutledge seems to always be the central contact for great communication and direction. I have great experience so far working with Alexa Jow at Robert Half. Initially I was little skeptical about recruiting agencies, as none of my previous attempt worked.
