I had a great experience working with Hannah Nicholas at RHT. I have contacted RHT recruiters in NY and CT and I have realized that RHT is very serious and professional company.I have contacted other agencies, that I don't like mentioning the names here, but I haven't felt sure about them. Hannah contacted me, and since that moment she gave me confidence. When I first met her, I felt like I didn't find only my best recruiter, but I found a friend as well. I have been working with Hannah since I came to the USA from Albania, 2 months and a half ago, and she has always been in contact with me, not only for giving me opportunities in my job search, but even to give me suggestions and advises about the life here. She is not only professional in her job, she is very nice and social person. Sometime, when I felt desperate about my job search or the new life here in the US, Hannah was so close to me giving me hope and her promise that I will be successful here. She has worked so hard with me, a foreigner European IT. And yes, I feel very happy with the job that Hannah found for me and I see myself part of american IT people. Hannah still continues being in contact with me to make sure that I feel good and happy in my job. She is a perfect recruiter and a perfect person. P.S. Apologize for my English, but I hope your understanding. read more

Within 6 days of contacting Ms. Lauren Rutledge - RHT in OKC - and requesting assistance in finding a position in the Denver, CO area I was contacted and presented with six opportunities matching my specific job description. A Mr. Andrew Butkus, from the Denver office, reached out within one business day of contacting Lauren. Andrew, like Lauren, acted quickly and efficiently to get my resume in front of multiple employers/opportunities, and did so with empathy towards the stress that comes with relocating a family... something I am truly grateful for. In addition, meeting resources that disappear when packing a house (like a monitor, desktop, or video/web camera for web Interviews) where made available and convenient just like they were three years ago when I worked Lauren Rutledge and Lucas Watson for the first time. Lauren and Lucas worked together in 2013 and within 1.5 months placed me at my current position. It was because of their effort then that encouraged me to go back now (2016) and ask for assistance relocating. I am giving RHT a 5 star review because they have gone above and beyond helping me find multiple positions (this time it's one 600 miles away), and in so doing removed one of the greatest fears of relocating... finding a job. Thank you RHT! read more

All I can say is that the team at Robert Half have been nothing but awesome. I have worked several contracts with them now for over 3 years. My rep Hannah has always made sure that she always found contracts that would be the best fit for me. When a contract would end, They (as a collective team) would find something for me immediately. This was especially nice during the time I was having my first child. They knew I was expecting and made sure I had no down time. They really care whether or not that I'm happy. The jobs have always been top grade and they always follow up with weekly check-ups to make sure all is well and to see if I needed anything. Over the years they have grown to more like friends than just some placement firm. I could go on and on about how great they are but I'm way too busy at Hertz IT Dept (a job they found for me) right now. It's pretty simple. If you want more than just some random placement firm that just wants to make their quota. Then call Hannah and her team and let them do what they do best. Saj Patel was amazing! He was like an angel that came out of nowhere!! I was at a point in my life where I needed a challenge, although I loved my former employer, I felt I wasn't being challenged enough. I remember the day when Saj called and reached out to me, at a time that was just right, although there was much going on in my life, he was confident and patient that he would find the tech career that was the right fit for me. A blessing! He was great at gathering what I was looking for in a company & needing in a career. He was able to connected me with greats companies were my needs also match their needs and my interviews were always awesome! I had very good options to pick from, met great people and found the right fit! And the experience was always professional, and efficient! He absolutely did what he said! I love my new position and very excited!! Thank you Saj Patel & Robert Half Technology! -Cassandra read more

I am a consultant and I do a lot of work, both 1099 and W2. Robert Half always seems to be up to date on what's happening in the market. I work with nearly every agency in OKC, and Robert Half seems to have an aggregation of all of the information everybody else has. Other than companies who contract specifically with only one firm, Robert Half has the best set of data. Not only that, but their staff have never made me feel like a piece of paper. Even though most of my contracts end up being direct 1099, and many through other agencies, I always call Robert Half first. Calley Findley recently placed me into a great position, I did a contract not long ago through Lucas Watson, Joe Shelton seems to have huge connections, and Lauren Rutledge seems to always be the central contact for great communication and direction. I can't say enough good things. read more

I have had a fantastic experience working with everyone at Robert Half. I always felt that everyone was working in my best interest, and that they genuinely care about me as a person and my well being above all else. Always easy to talk to someone, communication is direct, and transparent; I don't recall any point in time where I was left wondering or unsure about a given situation. I also never felt as if my time was wasted or unimportant. I had a situation arise where I was going to be entering the job market unexpectedly due to business needs. The team at Robert Half completely had my back, they did not wait for me to contact them, they were very proactive and had interviews lined up immediately. An AMAZING firm to work with. If you are in need of this type of service, you would be doing yourself a huge favor to give them a call. read more

Lauren Rutledge at RHT has been instrumental in taking my career to the next level over the past 5 years. On multiple occasions I have worked with Lauren either as a Candidate or as a hiring manager. Aside from Lauren being quite possibly the most connected person in OKC for our industry she understands the fundamentals of being an ethical businesswoman and industry leader. She does what she says she's going to do, and expects the same of any candidates she sends to her clients. I've come to appreciate this no nonsense approach both as an RHT candidate and a hiring manager looking to RHT to fill development roles. Above all else I think Lauren is one of the hardest working people I've ever met. If you need a recruiter or you need to source open technology jobs Lauren Rutledge at RHT should be your first call. read more

Lauren Rutledge is GREAT!! I never have used a recruiting agency, and she has made the experience effortless and worthwhile. I didn't expect (and am still amazed) that she would find a perfect fit for me so quickly, however, she did. She actually knew my new employers had stopped interviewing, but convinced them to interview me. They (and I) are glad she put the effort to get the perfect job and the candidate together. She stayed in contact throughout the process, checking in to make sure I was comfortable with the proceedings, and could answer any questions. After being in one job for 18 years, She has made the transition to a new position for me an absolute breeze. I have recommended her to friends who are starting to look for new jobs, and will continue to do so. read more

I was recruited by RHT in the Spring, and started my role several weeks after initial contact with Lauren Rutledge. She did a great job of matching my skills and interests to an open position at a reputable company. She was very detail-oriented in her preliminary information gathering prior to approaching me, which was a large indicator of her breadth of industry and professional knowledge. She also accommodated my needs, and communicated well with the company at hand- keeping all of my considerations in mind as we moved forward in the recruiting process. Since accepting the offer and starting the role, RHT has kept up with my progress and assimilation into the position. It's been almost three months and I'm extremely pleased with the work I'm doing! read more

Accountemps is a great staffing agency for people with accounting experience. I was contacted quickly, after submitting my resume/online application. The staff began reviewing my qualifications for available positions almost immediately. I was selected by a client for a long term temporary position with a local distribution/manufacturing company. The Accountemps staff told me about this client and everything they told me has been true. The client is a very good client to work for. I appreciate how hard the Accountemps staff worked to find me a position and to get me to work with this client. This is a top notch staffing agency and I would recommend it to anyone looking for accounting help in their office and anyone who is seeking employment. read more

I have great experience so far working with Alexa Jow at Robert Half. Initially I was little skeptical about recruiting agencies, as none of my previous attempt worked. The other agencies do not have enough opportunities with them as well. So you need to wait long time for the interviews. When I contacted Alexa, she arranged the first round of interview just in couple of days, which was awesome. From then on process went smoothly and the entire process was completed within less than 3 weeks. Alexa is very friendly, approachable, helpful and understanding. I appreciate her quick response, efficiency and prompt follow-up to my requests. I would definitely recommend her and Robert Half to anyone looking for a career change. read more

Saajan Patel, John Burch, Sam Tullius, and Lucas Watson have all been great dudes to work with in gaining employment. The market has been a bit rough, for whatever reason, but the gents of whom I've spoke have worked to garner me interviews and ultimately land me a gig I can certainly live with. I appreciate them doing the work and trying to put me in places that are culture fits, have growth potential, with as much consideration to my strong conviction to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Others on their team have worked with the aforementioned primaries with whom I've worked in their organization, and I appreciate their active push to find me work! Thanks everyone at RHT. You certainly made me feel like you cared. read more

Robert Half Technology OKC is the standard for staffing. Hannah, Sam, John, and Dan treated me with respect and dignity. This team is very professional, courteous and considerate. I've worked with other staffing agencies where you are nothing but a number and all they want to do is force you into a job because THEY think it's a good fit for you, not because YOU know you are qualified and capable. These types of agencies withold job information and only notify candidates THEY believe should be hired. At Robert Half Technology OKC YOU are valued no matter your employment situation. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed! I'm a believer! BJ Bryant, Mustang, OK read more

I worked with Saj Patel for quite some time before landing my current position (For this position I also worked with Lauren Guzman and she was just as good), for reasons outside of both our control it took a bit before I found the right one. He was diligent in always keeping me up to date on new opportunities and trying to listen to the positions and types of roles I was interested in. I've worked with MANY recruiters over the years (far more than I can count), most have fell by the wayside or went silent, but Robert Half was one I could count on for quality opportunities and interviews. The rest is up to you as a candidate. read more

Working with Robert Half Technology, Ally Bucci, and John Burch has been a wonderful experience as I transitioned from the U.S. Coast Guard to civilian life. They worked closely with me and swiftly sought out job opportunities that fit my skill set perfectly. Within less than a week I had an interview with superb company in the OKC area. The assistance provided to me in preparation for my interview was extremely helpful. So much so, that I was hired for the job in less than a week. I would definitely recommend utilizing Robert Half Technology, especially if you have Ally and John supporting you. Thank you so much ya'll!! read more

I worked with Kyle Hudson to find a new job in July 2017. What impressed me the most is that instead of focusing on what skills or certifications I did not have (like most of the Tulsa recruiters), he focused on what I did have. He was consistent with the follow up, an advocate, and made sure that the job was right for both myself and my new employer. It's hard to fully justify in a Yelp review the kind of person that Kyle is - he is just great at what he does and how professional he operates. I could not recommend him and Robert Half enough. The absolute best in Tulsa! read more

On July 2, 2015 I was laid off with no warning and given two weeks severance pay. As part of my job search I accepted a connection invitation on Linkedin to a Robert Half Recruiter who promptly contacted me and discussed what I was looking for, beyond just a job. This particular recruiter was in Tulsa, OK. They passed my name to the OKC office so that I could have opportunities in two major markets.. The OKC office was able to set up an interview on July 9th and I started my new job on July 13th. Robert Half Technology really came through for me when I needed them. read more

If your seeking fantastic career opportunities but don't know where to start, I suggest Robert Half Technology. Hannah Nicholas listened to my wants and needs in a career and put me in a work place that feels like a dream come true. She would check on me through my contract, keep me updated on what was next so I was never confused, give me feed back on my current state and provide me with skills to grow in my career. RHT has been amazing since day one, especially from the great and dedicated work from Hannah Nicholas. I wasn't even looking for a job yet and not even a week after retiring from the military Hannah called me and said she had something for me. In just one week since had a job and was hired. And so far it's been a great place to work and Hannah continues to make sure I am happy and doing well at my job. I will always recommend people to Hannah and know she will give the same dedication to them as she has with me. read more
