I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with our project. The patio will be a wonderful escape for us to entertain family and friends. We can now park two cars comfortably in the driveway. Our landscaping is the best in the neighborhood. Jon helped us create a design, select plants, and coordinated the project so that everything was on time and according to plan. All the plants and trees were excellent quality. Chris was a big help on a final check to address anything that was not right so that all the existing irrigation was working properly and clean up was great. We feel the price was well worth the results of the project. We highly recommend A Abby Group for your landscaping and concrete projects. They are a full service landscape, hardscape, and lawn maintenance company. I'm thinking about changing to them for my lawn maintenance services too. Thanks Jon and Chris!! Have a great Christmas!

But, then they never showed up. I tried calling with no answer. I left a voicemail and they didn't call back. I messaged them on yelp and it took them some time to respond. They said that the reason they didn't get back to me was because they weren't in the office. However, I believe that if you have a service scheduled and the employee/technician is unable to show up that the customer should be contacted prior to the scheduled service regardless, if someone is in the office or not. The customer should not be kept waiting and wondering if someone is going to arrive.

They walked our property taking detailed notes of our project scope (front yard, side yard, backyard, and courtyard). Mind you, our landscaping had been previously neglected for 20 years and needed an "upgrade" to reflect our extensive home renovation. We were concerned with budget challenges in certain areas and were impressed by Rich's input and extensive knowledge of plant options. Not only did the pacific coast Landscape team follow-through, by providing stellar service... they transformed our home into a modern masterpiece! They finished our landscaping work on time, on budget, and provided healthy and strong plant materials. Important note, they have a policy that all of their plants are guaranteed for 90 days; we had a couple that didn't make it and they were quick to come out and replace them with new ones. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Landscape for all of your landscape needs you will not be disappointed. Thank you, guys.

Geo and his crew of highly professional people arrived exactly on time, trimmed trees away from my roof, removed dead branches and unwanted bushes, then they picked up and wood chipped all the branches laying around my property.
