She patiently explained things I didn't understand, kept me informed every step of the way, and somehow made a very complex process feel manageable and even possible. Whenever a new document, underwriting request, insurance issue, or unexpected question came up, Jeanine was there with calm reassurance, knowledge, and practical solutions. What impressed me most was how deeply she cared. I never felt like just another client. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, coordinated with my realtor, escrow, insurance broker, and lender, and always had my best interests at heart. I truly not only felt, but knew she was advocating for me throughout the entire process. Thanks to Jeanine, I am now the proud owner of my very first home. Looking back, I honestly don't know how I could have navigated this journey without her expertise, patience, encouragement, and unwavering support. In a world full of lenders, George stands in a category of his own. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he leads with integrity, wisdom, and a genuine care for people that is rare to find. From the very beginning, I knew my daughter and son-in-law were in the best hands. George didn't just get them approved--he guided them, protected them, and treated them as if they were his own. That level of care means everything to me as both a mom and a real estate professional. What truly sets George apart is who he is as a human. He showed up to their signing, stayed the entire time, and then spent even more time with them afterward--pouring into them, sharing life lessons, talking about investing, and setting them up mentally for their financial future. That is something you simply don't see anymore. He speaks with authority, yet remains so relatable. His message about focusing on solutions instead of problems is something that will stick with them (and me) for years to come. George is more than a lender--he is a mentor, a leader in our community, and someone I admire deeply. If you have the opportunity to work with him, take it. You won't just gain a lender--you'll gain someone who truly cares about your future. Forever grateful we chose him.
