The owner whose name i believe is Matt showed up on the scheduled day and was nice enough to wait for me to return from my medical appointment which i wasn't very late but, he still waited. The contractor finished the same day and cleaned up what little mess was made. The bill was reasonable and the work was good. I really appreciated that instead of driving off he waited 20 minutes for me to arrive at the house. I will definitely use 4B electric again for any electrical needs that i might have in the future.

My work order had gotten…read moremisplaced and he knew that he had missed so someone he was calling all the numbers in his phone from the day before. He finally hit my number and arranged for him to come Sunday morning, He came and installed the fan and did and excellent job. Also when we were standing on the porch he heard water running. He checked and under the porch the water line to the Swamp cooler was leaking. He called a friend who is a plumber who came right over and fixed it for a very very reasonable price on a Sunday. He is a very good electrician and and an excellent person. I recommend him 150%.

I hired John from Danold Plumbing to repair a pinhole leak in the copper water line feeding my…read moreirrigation system. While the leak appears to have been repaired, I was disappointed with both the billing and the overall customer service. I was charged for more than an hour because the technician had to leave to obtain a small copper fitting, even though he arrived with a large parts trailer. I do not believe I should have been billed for time spent retrieving a basic repair part that should have been readily available. I was also charged for 45 minutes of initial on-site time, despite being told by the office beforehand that only 15 minutes would be billed. When I questioned the charges and asked why it took so long to return, John responded, "You're entitled to your opinion," which I found dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. In addition, after the repair was completed, one of my irrigation sprinkler heads became stuck in the open position due to debris left in the system during the repair. This required additional cleanup and further reinforced my concerns about the quality of the work. For now, the leak appears to be holding, and I am intentionally leaving the area unfilled so I can monitor it for any future leaks. While I appreciate that the leak itself seems to have been repaired, the unexpected charges, unprofessional customer service, and the additional issue with the sprinkler head left me with a poor overall experience. Based on this experience, I would not choose this company again or recommend their services.

We bought a water cooler and called again to see if they would deliver water for it. No, they said, it has to be their brand of water cooler. We would not entrust any other team to replace the roof on our…read more 100+-year-old cabin than Bass Brothers Roofing. They came out, measured the old roof, and explained and recommended the best replacement. We did wait a few months for the roof to arrive, but that was to be expected as we ordered a metal roof, and it's delivery delay was due to the pandemic. Once it was delivered, the Bass Brothers did not delay, they got right to work. They removed and replaced the rotted boards, nails, and gutters. The entire job took them about one week, and they left the entire site clean. We love the end result. The roof looks amazing!
