I have been living here happily since May. I have had two small maintenance-related issues, and the facilities staff were inordinately prompt in resolving them. Everyone on the staff is kind and professional. Virtually every resident I've encountered is likewise kind and welcoming. Besides a charming layout and neighborhood, the apartment was sparkling clean when we arrived. I cannot hear my neighbors through the walls, I mean not a bit. The apartment is spacious and airy. The windows are new and solid. We have a huuuge back porch and have been able to attract hummingbirds to our feeder. The storage unit downstairs is as big as a small bedroom and the laundry room is always clean. Maintenance is on top of any issue as soon as I enter it into the easy-to-use online portal, and Susan the property manager is easy to talk to and very good at her job. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and close to several parks and walking paths. We can walk to groceries and restaurants. We can go for a 15 mile bike ride right outside our door. And the mountains are not far. Dinosaur Ridge is a 15 minute drive, and that's what we came here for. At the same time, we have a comfortable, safe, and clean place to come home to at the end of a long day of hiking. I'm really grateful that we found this amazing apartment.

Willie Alphonse, the maintenance supervisor, follows up on any request the same day and keeps the property looking amazing. He is also very helpful if you have any questions or concerns. The community itself is great because it's quiet and not a lot of outside traffic is around. The area is low crime. I've had dozens of packages delivered here that even sat out overnight with no one stealing them. Lakeview Heights is located next to a beautiful reservoir with awesome mountains views and views of the Denver Skyline. It is great for walking. The property is about 10 miles from downtown Denver. There is a King Soopers, Starbucks, Gas Station, Liquor Store, and plenty of other businesses a half mile away which is convenient (especially for grocery shopping). But the last several months I've been pretty displeased. My storage unit was broken into and I wasn't informed even though police were involved, many of my maintenance requests have taken 2-3 submittals to be resolved, and most recently my ceiling has been leaking for over two weeks now and is still not fixed. Besides all that, this is a great location and the building is still pretty new. Many of the residents are like-minded and young professionals like myself. I would still recommend people to consider denizen as an option for living, but be mindful that some reviews may be outdated; there has been a decline in management the last year or so.
