We booked our room April 7th for a stay May 27th. On May 25th we get a call saying our reservation has been canceled. They did offer to find us a room at another hotel which was another 3rd the price per night for a similar room with not even a word of compensating us the difference or in anyway whatsoever for our inconvenience. They did call us later to offer a deal on a stay another time but as this was a one time trip that is no help and even though they are part of a chain they can't help with any other hotel in their line. Not pleased. Perhaps the parent company should make a customer service line available. read more
