She seemed like the owner and the one in charge of the business calls, so she needed the phone close by. She also left me to answer the front door numerous times whenever there was a new customer in the front. This took away time from my hour long massage which irritated me. She also took many trips to the back to get hot towels, remove the hot towels, get water for my foot bath, and remove the water for my foot bath. But for $20, you can't expect much. Beware of the hot towels. My masseuse didn't bother airing the hot towel she got from the back before she placed it on my back. It was so hot, I popped up to get it off my back. Her response was "It's okay" and hustled me to get back onto the flatbed face-down. Once again, you're only paying $20 for an hour long massage so you can't expect much. However, my experience was very different. The therapist who worked on me was too gentle and did not apply the right pressure or target the correct pressure points. I didn't feel relaxed or relieved after the massage, and it seemed like she was not fully focused during the session. When she worked on my legs, she was pressing more on the bones rather than the proper pressure points. During the neck massage, she did not seem to know the correct areas to focus on, and it actually left my neck feeling more sore afterward. Based on this experience, I would prefer to book with Coco next time. The most disappointing part was the foot massage. I've had better at nail salons.
