I have never been on a cruise and I was so excited that I wanted to be sure I took advantage of all the amenities and excursions. I also do not drink, and wondered if there were better companies regarding that. When I called, Donna made me feel like she was doing me a favor helping me. She acted like I was a burden and that it was harder for her since I was alone. I already was insecure about going alone, and she made it so much worse. I looked around to call another travel agent and accidentally called her again. Donna answered and she said "i've already sent you 2 emails!!" which is no way to professionally talk to a customer... awful

I have been traveling and using their services since around 2014 or 2015 on a yearly basis. I've sailed from numerous ports and have done flyovers. Dubai was by far the best flyover I have ever experienced. From the pick up at airport, The organized bus pick ups for excursions, private rooftop parties, private pool parties at top hotels, this was just amazing. I cannot wait to experience it again. I would love to see things I didn't get to experience on this trip.

Advising do's and don'ts. Understanding what the country policies were around Covid 19 protocols to speak of before we even go on the trip. The customer service was fabulous. Now lets get to the fun part. They created a WhatsApp chat for all travelers to stay in contact. The organization of the excursion was great. I went to Abu Dhabi, Old Dubai tour, New Dubai tour, and Dune Bashing and dinner in the dessert. Rode a camel and a henna tattoo. This trip was worth every penny. I would certainly use Atlas Travel for any large bookings because they do all of the leg work for you with professionalism and perfection your travelers will have a wonderful time. I could go on! Day 3 11/24/2021 called yest again for a tow @ 930am and now almost noon on the 3rd day and still…read moreno tow truck. This is unbelievable. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company. Day 2 11/23/2021 called again @10am for a tow. Told 3 times about a hour. as of this day 2 review almost 4pm still no tow truck. LOL I cant believe this. I almost feel like I am being pranked. day 1 11/22/2021 called for a tow @ 10am almost 4pm no tow truck. Representative I spoke to @ 4pm straight up lied to me as she told me the exact story I was told @1130 that a secondary tow was just contacted and someone would be there in under a hour. ROFL I guess same day towing is extra? Add to this I attempted to sign into the online site but it keeps endlessly making me reset my password over and over. Also before they send help be prepared to answer a bunch of medical questions. This company sure has taken a nosedive. I don't know a alternative to AAA but I am sure another company would push them out with no problem with this garbage service.
